Franca and Mario are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, proactive, and overall wonderful hosts! Their apartment is beautifully laid out, with everything you could want or need (including a washer cum dryer) in a most spacious space. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is perfect; directly across the road from the train station, while being walkable to all the sights. We thank them for all the great recommendations that Franca patiently provided (for various sights, their favorite restaurants, etc), and we look forward to staying with them again next time we visit Bologna.

We really enjoyed out stay. The place was great for our family (1.5yo and 4yo) with plenty of space for our stay. Location is very central and the hosts recommendations for restaurants were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience here - Barbara was an excellent host - warm, welcoming, flexible when our flight was delayed. She gave us her insights about Bologna's charms, guide books were available, and she was quick to respont to questions. We were visiting family and it was convenient and comfortable for our needs, so central and in a lively location, so many restaurants and sights nearby too. The apartment itself had all we needed - bright spacious kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. And the price was right! We hope to stay again soon. Thank you Barbara!

We stayed in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I have a good time. We really appreciated the possibility of staying longer, compared to the scheduled checkout time. Luca and Daila, they also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

As for me, a very comfortable apartment, as it is equipped with various appliances (not all are equipped with an electric and immersion blender!). I also appreciated the location as it allows you to park your car comfortably and there is a gastronomy/pastry shop and a fryer a few meters from home.

The house is very nice with large rooms and an internal courtyard. Spaces are comfortable including the living room. The location is great, close to downtown but very quiet at night. We didn't use the kitchen because we always ate outside but it's equipped. A very spacious bathroom, the other small. I highly recommend this facility.

The apartment has evidently been renovated perhaps a decade ago, keeping the perhaps original tiles in the kitchen and bathroom area on the ground floor. Some pictures that were a little creepy I would have avoided it, but apart from these small things, the apartment is nice and you are like at home. A comfortable living area with a nice TV, adjacent to the kitchen. The bathrooms are very small but you could not do anything else in these cute little houses in the center. Comfortable that you don't have the key. There is a modern combination system to access the home. Comfortable and spacious beds. Perfect location for visiting the center.

What a beautiful home! Everything was spotless and clean. Easy to walk into town! Hosts are super lovely. For sure, recommend this place for anyone going to Bologna.

Antonio is a great host that is very responsive and accommodating! He greeted us personally and thoroughly explained the workarounds of the unit, while also giving us great list of restaurant recommendations. It had everything we needed from a washer to dryer, working internet and tv. The Airbnb was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Alessandra’s apartment was fabulous, an amazing location right in the heart of Bologna. She is a great host, everything we could have wished for was provided & more, treats on arrival which delighted our children & a bottle of Prosecco which delighted us! The apartment is so clean & beds really comfortable. Alessandra is a responsive host & nothing is too much trouble, she went out of her way to help us with a later check out & transportation. Olga was great to work with. She was very responsive and attentive. Her place is immaculate and was the perfect place to stay in Bologna. It was a quick 10 min walk to the city center and there were lots of amenities close by. I would highly recommend her place.

We stayed four days in this apartment and had a great time. We had a small problem with the hot water, but when I told Claudio after 10 minutes he came and immediately resolved it. Recommended.
