The house has four floors basement, ground floor, upper floor and the sleeping area in the top and it is heated with wood. Wood is available. At the nearby campsite, you can rent water treads or a boat for excursions or a raft. The nearby cities of Dömitz, Ludwigslust and Schwerin are definitely worth a trip.
