Home away from home. Simple yet filled with character and life. Peaceful, great place to stay to get some introspection, recharging rest and be close to nature. The guestroom had great homey windows making it cool breezy and manageable throughout the day just need minimal fan, you'd forget the existence of air-conditioning haha! I liked how the room was situated enough for you to be aware of sunrises and sunsets ☺️ Nice to have finally meet the animal housemates, they were great company ✨

This place was very nice, daniel and his family are always around to help with any of your needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Price is just worth of it. Location a bit too far from upou.. 2 jeepneys Tricycle costs 80p direct to upou 30 if going to 7 eleven or mercury drug. Food is ok. Cheap but good. Overall, stay was pleasant. Understandable that the wifi can be iffy at times..but still can do the work.

Will definitely come back!

Super nice po ng place especially if galing kayo sa Kamay ni Hesus at napagod perfect place to rest. what I also liked is that they have a safe space for parking at Pet-Friendly sila for my fur baby. ♥️

Clean and quiet, close to Mauban town. Clarice was very quick to respond, and her mother was on site to answer questions and assist.  Apartment was spotless and linen smelled nice however, apartment was listed as having kitchen facilities, but there were no appliances for cooking and no cutlery. Note that you have to bring your own towels. Would recommend for anyone interested in visiting Mauban, but would like to stay away from the busy town.

My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. Bryan is an excellent host, very informative and responsive. The caretakers were helpful and polite. The villa was clean and spacious. Between the hot spring pool, 2 pingong/billiard tables, and basketball ring, the kids never got bored. Everyone had an ample sleeping area. Overall, our family trip was a success.

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Clarisse and Rhain (caretaker) was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. The property is also very spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was that the listing is exactly as described and shown in the photos — no surprises, just as beautiful and well-maintained in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and stylish stay. I’d definitely book again!

Booked CPR Hot Springs and Resort for our annual planning and did not regret it. Willycel was very responsive to our inquiries on available facilities, up to the last kitchen utensils. The place was also easy to locate, we were fortunate enough to stay with no karaoke competition from our neighbors, hence it became an ideal location for the meeting. Older people in our group loved the hot spring. It would be a nice development to at least have eating and drinking utensils, and the location for the billiards was a bit cramped--the cue stick kept hitting a wall in one side--but other than that, had a great time with the semi-open space accommodation! Really saved a lot of energy with light being so accessible in all areas of the home, as well as the coolness of the place.

Kitchen amenities are so useful. Sound system and videoke setup is great. There are plenty of shower and CR and all are clean. Linens are all clean and the bed and pillows are so comfy. Swimming pool water is clear as well and doesn't hurt the eyes so everyone enjoyed swimming especially my son who celebrated his birthday. Caretaker is also always present nearby if you need help. Really a great place to spend time with family and will definitely book again if budget permits it.

This is our second time staying at Eugene's place, and once again, it exceeded our expectations! It's truly one of the best locations to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with nature. The surroundings are peaceful and rejuvenating, and we were lucky enough to experience some rain during our stay, which added a magical, almost folklore-like vibe to the entire setting. Always a 5-star stay for us! We hope the place continues to be maintained as it's the perfect getaway for nature lovers. We'll definitely be back again!
