Location is great. The location relative to everything in Lubbock is excellent. It is within walking of coffee house, great pizza, craft beer, groceries. There is a 4 way stop sign close by and occasionally a knucklehead would have his/her radio blaring, but that is a minor annoyance that is fleeting. Big house. Lots of room. Clean as can be. Functional kitchen. Size is not necessary for two people, but two couples, or a couple and several kids would be great. Have always liked the neighborhood.

Kali saved the day for us! We checked into another Airbnb that was filthy and not as presented in the listing. As we were looking for other last minute places available, my son remembered staying at the sandlot before and enjoying it. Thank goodness it was available! And thank you, Kali, for being super responsive and letting us book a last minute stay. We all breathed a huge sigh of relief when we walked inside. It’s a cozy home that is very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

That was the best surprise ever! We came in from a long drive and couldn't have been happier to be in such a welcoming spot. We barely made it inside the house as the private patio was so inviting we just settled into the comfy porch. There is so much to take in and enjoy inside the house- you could look for hours and probably not see all the art, handmade furniture and crafts. This morning we got to meet Jimmy and learn more of the history of this cute little hideaway. You are blocks from campus and very tucked into your own private paradise. Most importantly, the bed was super comfortable! Thanks Jimmy for sharing your place with us.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Brittany was a wonderful host and the house was exactly as described. We had 6 couples in town for a concert at Cooks and it was the perfect house with a perfect location. I would highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our weekend trip to Lubbock for a Tech football game. Great neighborhood, super close to a grocery store, and close to the loop. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. If you are traveling with kids, this is a fantastic home to be in. There is a little playroom, great backyard and kid plates/utensils. Will definitely stay here again next time we come in for game time.
