Holiday rentals with a patio in Lower Highland, Denver

Awesome stay. I originally booked this place a while ago then had emergency surgery. The host was very responsive, kind, and basically gave me a free stay a different night. Place was very nice, clean, awesome location.

The apartment is in an excellent location. We enjoyed it for seven days. It’s a very clean and quiet place. The view of Denver City is extraordinary. I’ll go back there again next year.

Kerri’s Airbnb was a pleasant experience! I felt right at home and the pictures matched my expectations. Her Airbnb was very clean and even with the location right next to the train, it was very quiet. The location was perfect and I hope to stay here again next time I visit Colorado. Thank you for being a great host and making my stay enjoyable.

Decorations/photos/pictures were wonderful. Also little bits of humor in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Caused us to smile--and think :} Felt very comfortable from the first. We were surprised/pleased by the amount of kitchen amenities. As we walked the neighborhood, it became clear it was safe with good neighbors and a great lake and park to walk in within just a few blocks. Would definitely recommend as an all around great place to stay. We would stay there again!!

Christopher was a great host and very accommodating with good recommendations for the area. The space was amazing and full of all the amenities you could need. The hot tub was a great plus. We had a nice time and would definitely stay here again!

Incredible place . I loved the neighborhood . The view I got from this place was phenomenal and check in was smooth . Definitely worth every penny .

Rob's place was absolutely wonderful! It is a lovely home with a great host. Rob was super helpful and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was very comfortable. His place had all the amenities you could need for your stay.

The address was a little tough to see at night. Great location. Having parking was great! It was very clean!

We stayed after a Nuggets game and the home was beautiful. The location was perfect and everything was squeaky clean. I would absolutely recommend this Airbnb stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Kari’s place. It’s handsome, with a great layout with plenty of space for me and my friend/work partner. The place was clean and the books on the shelves were terrific. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking. As many comments have indicated, the rooftop is a big plus. The bbq place next door is amazing. Plenty on street parking. Only downside is industrial night noise - not sure if it was temporary construction or ongoing highway/train noise, but I wished that I brought earplugs (which would’ve been an easy fix.) Recommended!

It’s a super cozy space and beautifully decorated. Jesse was super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in Brady’s place. Everything was to our expectations and we walked away totally satisfied. Would definitely stay here again next time.

This place was absolutely perfect for my girlfriend and I and our dog. I was attending a 2-week workshop in Denver, and Susanne's place set me up for success. It was about a 10 minute walk to the train, and in the evenings, we found some great restaurants in the area. It might be useful to have a car to get to everywhere you might want to get, but with access to the train, it's not necessary. The place was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was handy and well-stocked with pots and pans and cooking implements. This unit is in the back, and there's another front unit. We could sometimes hear the people in the other unit, but it didn't bother us. I only wish that we were there in warmer weather so we could have enjoyed the fire pit. We would absolutely stay again!

The condo was well-stocked and within walking distance of plenty of downtown attractions. Sarah was always available for help and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be staying again the next time we're in the area!

Great spot and great location!

We stayed in this condo for a week last December and loved it, so when we decided to come back for a month at Christmas we of course wanted to stay here again! We used to live around the corner so, for us, the location was perfect to meet up with family + friends. It’s also close to Union Station which makes it easy to hop on the light rail to other parts of town. The condo itself is well designed with most everything you need for a comfortable stay. And the owners have left cards + a couple board games which we enjoyed playing, particularly when my 2 college-aged sons were visiting. Since we were celebrating the holidays in Denver, we needed to ship several items (gifts galore!) to the condo and Michael + Rachel were so accommodating with all of that. They are very kind, flexible, and patient - which we very much appreciated! We absolutely hope to stay here again during another visit!

Great place and quiet I recommend

The place was amazing and spacious. It felt so cozy and clean. I would recommend and stay again. We loved it and we had 3 teenagers who are very hypocritical with our AIRBNB stays, but they loved it.

The space was nice and very comfortable. It turned out the location was not ideal for us due to where my son lives and works in Denver, but it should be a good location for most people visiting that want parking and space while exploring Denver and surrounding areas.

We had a great visit to Denver and loved this location in Cherry Creek. Hillary’s place was very nice and she was very communicative. Will stay again!

We stayed for 12 days and enjoyed the location, Dare’s information and attention to detail. The only issue is its proximity to I-25 traffic noise. We slept well. The building was quiet, people friendly, easy access and for us the parking spot was worth the stay. As an older couple, we found the garage clean, spacious and easy in/out. Perfect for our trip. Thank you Dare for the experience and will definitely consider you again if in Denver.
