Beach condo holiday rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

Enjoyed our time at the unit. Could have used a few wine glasses, only one was in the unit. Balcony furniture with table to eat at was very nice. Sterling Reef is a perfect location. And the elevators worked the entire stay. We’ll be back. Thanks for making the experience pleasant.

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

Beautiful place! Great location! Several walkable restaurants & Pier Park is super close. Jodi was very accommodating & responded quickly when needed. Condo looks just like the photos. The view of the ocean & the beach from the balcony, is AMAZING!!

We stayed here for a week , first impressions was how clean the apartment was everything spotless . Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed for your stay they even left dishwasher and washing machine capsules . Bathroom plenty of towels and toilet paper . Sofa and chairs and bed really comfortable . As the apartment was on 17th floor great views from balcony , we loved sitting out there in the afternoon sunshine even saw dolphins in the sea . The sunsets were spectacular . Plenty of supermarkets within easy driving distance or you could walk to Walmart which was about 10 minutes away . We loved walking along the beach each day the sand was litter free and the sea was so clear . The only downside you dont get the access code to the property until the arrival day and if you are travelling this can be slightly inconvenient. Cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. It was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. The interior was minimalist which was very pretty but didn’t give off the coziest feel. The bedrooms are on the smaller side so it wasn’t the most convenient for a travel bed for our toddler.

Secure location, first floor location, meticulously clean. Hostess was extremely polite, helpful, most willing to go above and beyond assisting with stay comfort, needs. Highly recommend

Had an amazing time staying in this beachfront retreat! Jeff was extremely responsive and went out of his way to make sure that my stay was perfect. Do yourself a favor and book this amazing retreat away from it all. Great restaurants in walking distance and you absolutely cannot beat the sunsets!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay in Panama City! The views , the space and the communication between Nina was exceptional. My husband and I are quite picky where we stay, as we have traveled to alot of places and stayed in some amazing airbnbs and this one is at the top of our list. Can’t wait to come back and see that view from the balcony again!

Cami’s place was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. So convenient to restaurants, Dollar General and anything else we wanted was just a short drive away. Such a peaceful place with a great pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach is easy and very nice with beautiful landscaping that I enjoyed admiring. We would love to be able to visit again next year and enjoy Cami’s beautiful home away from home again.

We had a great stay at Billy and Ivy's condo. The location was perfect right on the beach front. Waking up everyday to the ocean views were amazing. They provide a ton of amenities in the condo. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. They also provide a cart so you don't have to carry everything. They were also extremely proactive with communication and quick with responses. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return. The view from the balcony was beautiful and my daughter’s favorite memory from the trip was sitting out there every morning together. Tons of great restaurants and shopping within an easy, short walk and big box stores less than a 5 minute drive. Beach access was easy and the pool was heated and comfortable even this time of year. Made for a very relaxing week away from home!

My family and I have made it a tradition to go to the Emerald Coast for Thanksgiving. I am happy to say that this was another great year in the books. Joseph's place was perfectly located with beautiful views of the beach. Every morning, we were able to sit out on the porch and watch the dolphins and sting rays swim by. The designated beach area was quiet, clean, and easy to get to. The condo itself was perfect for the five of us. It was clean and well decorated. The location was also fairly quiet, since there is no one above. If we end up back in Panama City Beach, I would love to stay in Joseph's place again! Thanks!

My family and I had a wonderful time. We loved the easy access to the pool and beach. The place was perfect for my husband and I and all four of our children, two teenagers and two younger kids. The rooms were great, we loved that everyone had privacy and the balcony was amazing! We also loved that there were two complimentary chairs and an umbrella for our stay, it made going to the beach so much easier. Bobbie sent check in instructions about a week prior to going and was friendly and quick to respond each time I emailed. It's one of the best experiences we have had. We hope to go back sometime.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful beachfront condo, and it exceeded all my expectations. The property was exactly as described and depicted in the photos, offering a stunning view of the light blue, clear ocean and a pristine white sandy beach. The home features four master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, providing the perfect setup for adults who appreciate their own space. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and demonstrating great patience when we initially had trouble finding the parking spot. Despite what others have mentioned, I had no issues parking my SUV. The condo itself was a true gem, equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it hard to miss my own. I’m already planning to return in the warmer months, as this place offered such a perfect escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beachfront retreat with all the comforts of home!

This condo was immaculately clean & exactly as pictured/described. They have extra towels, games and even a few beach chairs to use. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable too. AC kept a nice temperature at all times.
