Beach condo holiday rentals in Lower Grand Lagoon

I don’t know if I can put into words how amazing this condo was! Beautiful accommodations with everything we needed for a one month stay. Everything in the place was very nice from the decor to the dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee/keurig, and bath towels! Michelle is the best host I have ever dealt with, very responsive & helpful. And the view was out of this world, loved watch the dolphins and the sunset! If we ever come to PCB again, we will definitely book this unit. Michelle, thank you for everything!

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this condo, the space was great and so was everything that surrounded it. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The entire condo was very spacious and the views were awesome. The bedding was very comfortable, including the pull out couch in the living room. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay, and I would recommend staying here 100%. I have stayed in many places in PCB but I definitely will be returning to the Origin again!

We enjoyed our stay while in PCB. This Location is perfect for walking to local restaurants. The experience of staying on the beach was a first for us and getting from the room to the beach was simple and quick! We mostly used the pool with the kids area, and my only negative for the facilities at this location is the kid area was FREEZING! Jodi was very informational on her place and it was everything like the pictures. We did move some furniture around to not have an accident with little kids- the glass doors on the TV stand, and we did put the thin piece of glass table coverings up so those wouldn't get broken. I did not notice in the pictures but there was not a tub- which ended up being okay in the end for us. All in all the place was great for us and we very much enjoyed it!

We had a great time. Went during spring break and had some questions about PCB during that time. They answered all my questions and gave wonderful suggestions that made for a wonderful family vacation. The balcony view was breathtaking. Would stay there again. Randy S.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach with a great view. The host was very helpful with any problems. Cozy and perfect for our family of four. This was our first time to Panama City and we are so happy we found this place with our last minute plans. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. It was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. The interior was minimalist which was very pretty but didn’t give off the coziest feel. The bedrooms are on the smaller side so it wasn’t the most convenient for a travel bed for our toddler.

We had a great stay! The condo is very close to the beach, which made it super convenient. It was spotless and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and all the essentials. Everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

We stayed at Damion’s place for spring break. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days. It literally is a 5 min walk to the beach. It’s a safe and easy walk. You have to have the code to get back in from the beach but as long as you have the code it’s not difficult at all. The beach house restaurant is right at the beach access. We didn’t eat there but was told it was a great place to eat. The kids loved the pool! The back had a little fenced in area but a nice sized back yard area that had a grill and washing machine and dryer. We had everything we needed other then extra blankets however every bed has blankets and sheets but if you needed more you did need to bring your own. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed to cook and eat with. There was plenty of towels and wash clothes and extra toilet paper. There were chairs and pool toys that we did not use but I’m assuming were there if needed. Every tv had several movie apps and was easy to access. We have 0 complaints! 10/10!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

Location! Location! Location! I plan to come back and never leave the condo, because although Jermeys beach front abode was perfection! And the entire property was well maintained, I found PCB (during spring break) to be a bit ratchet. For anyone wondering I was told outside of Spring Break PCB is less intense. Otherwise my family of 5 and fur babe loved our time at this immaculate condo and had everything we needed!

Our stay at Carrie’s place was so peaceful & comfortable. Carrie has thought of everything…..everything you might need/want or forget!!! I actually walked away with things I want to change at our Airbnb that we have in Alabama. It was an amazing vacation!!!!!

We had a great stay at Billy and Ivy's condo. The location was perfect right on the beach front. Waking up everyday to the ocean views were amazing. They provide a ton of amenities in the condo. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. They also provide a cart so you don't have to carry everything. They were also extremely proactive with communication and quick with responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Travis was great to work with, very responsive. The condo actually is bigger than we expected, plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean and easy to access. the condo being the end unit is a bonus. Always plenty of room in the parking garage and its nice someone is there to monitor the luggage carts. The beach service staff is very friendly and helpful. Only minor complaints i might have is the master bed isn't that comfortable, but everyone has their own preference so no way to make everyone happy. i couple more chairs on the balcony would be nice. there were only 3 and none on the third bdr balcony. Overall would highly recommend this condo and would 100% book here again. also having a bar by the pool was very nice.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Panama City Beach! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. The unit was exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. Everything was just as expected, and I truly appreciated how comfortable and relaxing the space was. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beachfront stay!

We absolutely loved our time at the Boardwalk Beach Resort condo. We were traveling with 4 young children and it was all incredibly convenient. Fast elevators down to the first level with heated pools, hot tubs, and easy beach access. The staff was all very friendly. The on site restaurant was great to grab a quick bite while our kids played on the beach. We also dined at the Wicked Wheel which was very child friendly and had lots of cool motorcycles to look at. Gulf coast burgers was also good with incredible milk shakes delivered by a robot, kids got a kick out of that. We went to ZooWorld one day and enjoyed the Pirate Cruise one evening. All of this was very easily drivable from the condo. Would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to PCB!
