Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lower Franconia

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately filled up like at home, as cozy as the house is! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many beautiful details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very kind and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

The cottage is in a beautiful location in the middle of nature, at the end of a little inhabited road that leads up into the forest. There are very nice paths and views and valley, it is very quiet and just very calming to look out the window and only see nature. Inside it is very cozily furnished and everything we needed was already there, even the basics for washing and cooking. The shower is so great and the beds very cozy, I slept incredibly peacefully there. Dominique was responsive to all questions and always very friendly and accommodating. The underfloor heating was the candy and the landscape balm for the soul. I think we will be back, it was just a fantastic getaway, with everything our heart desired.

Excellent stay in a nice quiet place.

We stayed here over New Year's Eve to get away from the big city a bit, and are more than happy with our decision! The house is super equipped and homely, from foosball table, to board games to four TVs, there is something for every group constellation. There are not many attractions nearby, but there are countless hiking routes. Hermann is a great host who always answered our questions quickly. He was very accommodating with his tips, so we could also get bread and go for coffee on New Year's Eve. Thanks for a great stay in Hardheim!

It was a great opportunity for the winter. We brought our 2 dogs and the house was definitely ready for it. A lot of small things that made our stay great. 2 small things - if you come with 4 adults, you might need to bring a big towel with you. Also come prepared well for the cold as it is on the mountains and sometjmes it was hard to warm the rooms up. All in all it was peaceful, cozy and was working exactly for what we needed. Everything was fine. Great apartment. Groceries , spices, drinks all available. Even if you arrive late, you are taken care of. Great. Will be back next year!

We can only give 5* for our two weeks at Sigrid and Rudi's airbnb. The apartment has everything you need for both a short or a long stay. We just moved to Würzburg so we needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks while we look for our own apartment and here we felt at home. With a lovely view to the pool and the garden, we found comfort during our stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and the big living room, with big windows, let's all the sunshine in. The kitchen is fully furnished, you have everything you need to cook. The bathroom is big and has a lot of storage to keep your cosmetics. Sigrid and Rudi are the best hosts you will ever find. They were very flexible with our arriving time and received us late at night. The house was super clean and we are very grateful for all the help and kindness from Rudi and Sigrid. We already booked our next stay here and we are looking forward to it! :)

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The small fine apartment with parking was great. There was nothing missing, and everything was well thought out. Everything was very clean and looked pretty new and modern. Shutters and air conditioning were provided. The amenities were great for such an apartment. Communication and check-in also went well. Highly recommend.

In the middle of the small place. Only in the morning and evening rush hour, otherwise very quiet. Spacious living/dining room area. Everything was really there. Gladly come back

We spent a girls weekend at Angelika's place, and were absolutely thrilled! The hostess was super attentive and warm, always easy to reach and personally welcomed us. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and we were very impressed with the amenities. In the kitchen is everything you need and beyond (even milk frother and sandwich maker)...there are two lounges and terraces with stunning views over Sommerhausen. The beds were super comfortable - especially the living room couch, which surprised us. The entire apartment has a great energy and you can tell that it is furnished and maintained with love. High praise to the hostess and highly recommended!!✨️🙏

Annette was really helpful before our visit. The flat is located in a lovely, peaceful residential area and a couple of minutes walk to a lovely bakery and a small supermarket. It was an easy walk of about 15 minutes into the city centre. Would highly recommend.

The stay was very spontaneous. And it was only possible to arrive at night. - This was also no problem for the landlady. The key safe was easy to find. Access easily accessible even in the dark. Unfortunately, parking is very limited. Personally, I wasn't very bothered. The apartment is well furnished. I didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped with the kitchen. Living room, bedroom, bathroom meet the standard. Towels and linen provided. Everything was as described. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating. And always responded to my questions promptly. My first Airbnb booking and already the best.

Super well-kept, fully equipped and cozily furnished apartment in a tranquil village, you can tell that this is not a cheap apartment, but the hostess himself lived there before. Very warm uncomplicated and accommodating hosts (the parents and Tina himself). Just one of many examples: we were greeted with homemade Christmas cookies:) Amenities absolutely high quality, nothing is missing, everything is thought of. The photos can't do the beautiful apartment right, we were really excited! The four of us spent New Year's Eve there and would come back any time. Thank you very much for the great stay!

The apartment is very spacious and quiet; it is very nice to look over the rooftops of Würzburg. The decor and lighting are simple, but you have everything you need. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken and you really have to climb a lot of stairs. We would love to stay there again.

Beautiful, clean, very spacious apartment! Andrea was very accommodating, provided a high chair, fallout protection and children's bedding. The kitchen is super equipped! At the beginning it was a bit cold in the apartment but due to the fireplace and the wood provided we had it nice and cozy warm.

Nice little apartment with an underground parking spot that was perfect for us to visit family in the area.
