cosy little house 30 min from city centre Vienna

The area is save and very traffic poor and there are enough parking possibilities in front of the house or in front of my garage within the compound. It's exactly 30 minutes drive from my house to the city centre of Vienna. You have a nice little garden with a set of chairs and a barbecue grill in front of your door and herbs, veggies, fruits. You will enjoy staying in Mödling with all its beautifull forests whilse being so close to city centre and airport and 10 min walk from public transport

Colourful 2.5 Bedroom With Large Balcony & Garden.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

The warm hostess Lisi lives on the second floor and shares a staircase with the residential unit for rent. The property is lovingly furnished with natural wood furniture. By arrangement, it is possible to use the garage parking space in the courtyard.

Very good room for solo travelers who look for privacy, comfort, and a cheap option. You get a small room with a private bathroom close to the city center of Vienna at a fairly cheap price. Hairdryer, small kettle, table, wardrobe, and an isolated shower are included (which is very comfortable!). The location is well connected to the city center by tram and underground. Can definitely recommend it to solo travelers!

Even though the rooms are quite small and the bed is not a double but two singles pushed together, making sleeping with your partner a challenge, the location can not be beat. It’s located in the heart of Vienna minutes from St. Stephen’s Cathedral, restaurants, shopping & cafes. The rooms are clean and have everything you will need. Who wants to spend time in your room when in this magical city anyway! The price is super reasonable for where it’s located and we highly recommend Pia’s flats if you want a superb location at a very affordable price! Highly recommend!!!
