Wow! I wanted to give more stars! This apartment is great in so many ways, I can really recommend this place:The lovely terrace/balcony is even better then in the pictures. I spent so much time in this balcony, working, having breakfast, having siesta, reading, just relaxing! I promise, you can´t get enough of this view! They keep it very, very clean. Supernice really and everything you need is there and if not, they will be very happy to help you. Wifi works perfect in the kitchen and most of the time on the balcony too. The location is supercentral and nice, I felt safe all the time here. And now to the best; Simone and Neus, they are really the nicest best people ever and they really put an effort to help you feel at home - and help you to find your way around. too! They really made my trip to Pipa a great memory. They are warm and caring persons and I am so happy I got to meet them and stay at this lovely place. I have had one of the absolutely best holidays ever. Thank you!

Very nice atmosphere, clean and quiet. The location is wonderful , close to the market, the center and the beaches. The owners were very kind and considerate. We really enjoyed it! And we will come back for sure! :)

Wonderful condominium with excellent pools. Lots of privacy and security in a huge area. Super well located just a few minutes away from downtown and the beaches. The apartment is very comfortable and practical. I highly recommend

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, clean environment, they provided us with bed and bath linens, on-site service ok and great communication with Rafael. Good beds, good kitchen utensils and bathroom with great shower. The location is good, very close to the beach in downtown Pipa and to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. We only had the inconvenience of very loud music at night, due to the proximity to the main street in the center. I don't recommend it for those who like silence and isolation, I highly recommend it for those who like partying.

Great view, perfect location, everything walkable. We even saw monkeys. Great restaurant across from the place. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Flat do Nicolas although only 1 daily was wonderful, the place is beautiful, everything very good and very clean, we were able to take advantage of the pool, great to relax, the communication with Nicolas was very quiet meeting our needs, the location is very good close to the center of Pipa. I recommend it, thanks Nicolas for everything, until next time.

We spent a few great days in the house das vieiras, Junior was very nice and very willing to help us with whatever we needed. I 100% recommend the place, the house is better than described, the staff of Junior, Angela who took care of the grooming and Neity (cook) are very nice and do an incredible job. Thank you very much for everything!

The house was clean , offers the utensils you need to prepare meals, it is also close to commerce and pizzerias. The upper floor room has a beautiful view of the sea. The house is very close to the beach, where we were able to bathe as it forms natural pools, we walked by the sea and enjoyed the sunset. The small swimming pool is very cool for those with a child, my 3-year-old daughter very much liked being shallow.

Vinicius was extremely kind and helpful, the house is exactly as advertised and manages to surprise even more positively, we hope to return soon!

Great house, unique view that no other place delivers. The house is well furnished and equipped, kitchen has everything you need. we rooms, the space is good and the air conditioned are new and functional. The common area is very good and the pool is surprisingly warm although it is mostly shaded. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the space, ours was super quiet. Without bureaucracy, extremely clean and pleasant environment, it had everything we needed working perfectly, even cell phone charger had in the house. Super available host, check in, and very flexible checkout. We love everything! ☺️

Mehdi gave clear and easy instructions. He was very helpful and available if needed. And if we talk about the place it self, it was 10/10. We had a great experience and I really recommend this host!

The stay at Hans' house was simply unforgettable! It couldn't be better, and we'll definitely be back. The atmosphere is super cozy and intimate, allowing a unique exchange of ideas with the house's own designer, Hans. We were completely enchanted by the house and its structure, in addition to being a true refuge in the middle of nature, surrounded by trees. The house also has a perfect area for projections, providing unique experiences. We hiked to the beach in front and the scenery is literally a paradise! Hans was super attentive and anticipated all our needs. He even ordered a pizza for us, since we arrived late, in addition to giving several incredible tips about the region, those that only those who really know the place could offer. In addition, we received a gift for life, a friend (Hans). Without a doubt, we recommend it without so much as a second thought.

My vacation with my family was perfect, starting with the wonderful, calm and peaceful place for those seeking peace. The apartment is a show apart, a spectacular view every day, and at night we were graced with the full moon reflecting in the sea... a dream! It is clean and airy, we didn't miss anything. Regina was always helpful and dear from the first contact, indicating tours and restaurants, this was a great distinguishing characteristic. Our departure was with a tone of I want more!! We hope to return next year.❤️

The best apartment I stayed on Airbnb. Very spacious, clean, organized and with everything it takes for a comfortable stay. As a suggestion, and to get even better, the shower can be changed by one that has a higher flow and put some shelf or cupboard for the second room. Wonderful swimming pool. Place is in a very quiet place that is at the same time distant from the noise and close to the center. I'll come back for sure.

Beautiful place! Dream! Very quiet, we were the end of March and there were few people. La pileta bella, todo surrounded by nature. Ideal for kids and families. To get around from there you need a car, unless you like to walk a lot, access to the nearest beach is a half hour walk away. The host answered right away, the only thing we didn't have utensil to cook in the oven. Excellent value for money! We would definitely come back!

Everything as mentioned in the announcement. Only one point of attention, the condominium has very strict rules, otherwise very cool, extremely well cared for environment, kind and considerate employees.

Throughout our stay, we were treated exceptionally. The site was always clean, with mineral water available. In the apartment, there were also cleaners ready for the bathroom and the kitchen. It is a pleasant environment, ideal for those who wish to visit with the family. Always available for questions

Extremely kind, proactive, polite host. The house is impeccable and cozy, great location, safe, beautiful, spacious and family condominium. There was only a washing machine missing, but everything else was impeccable. It was an amazing time, the condominium is great for kids and the kite night was super cool.
