Great place to stay with good facilities, easy and hassle free check in. House was spotless and homely. Would stay again!

What a lovely stay in a very lovely caravan. It felt homely, had everything we needed and was spotless. Our children especially loved the drawer full of toys, we woke each morning to find them in the living area playing happily with them. Fionas guide to the caravan location was perfect and we had no issue accessing the keys to check in. Thank you again for allowing us to stay ☺️

We spent christmas at the beach house and had a wondeful stay, the beach house really is a home from home with every detail thought of, homely, comfortabe, great beach front location and a beautiful place to be... penny was great with cimmuncation and also decorated the beach house with christmas decs for us... we all wished ww could have stayed longer and qiuld definitely return would be lovely to stay in the summetime to take advantahe of the lighter nights and decking out back... thank you penny for a lovely break away ❤️

A beautifully cosy & homely cottage for our New Year break away with our girls, friends and pooches! The girls loved the secret twin bedroom! Having a secure, enclosed garden meant we could let the dogs out without worry. Amanda was friendly and responsive - thank you!

A great accommodation. Tracy was a great host who effectively communicated with us. My family thoroughly enjoyed the location as we were less than 15 minutes to Skegness where there were endless activities. Will have to return in the summer to fully enjoy the beach.

We had a great weekend away here. The place was easy to find & we were greeted with a warm welcome. It had everything we needed and we'd definitely come back!

Staying at Sylvia's was extremely pleasant, very comfortable home from home. Staying at Sylvia's made a very stressful time so much easier. The landlord's of both the Nags Head and the Royal Oak were fantastic, great thai night food at the Royal Oak and were able to get fish and chips for 19 people and eat in the Nag's Head. The landlord of the Nag's head,gave us a free round of drinks,and we sampled his range of gin's too! Thankyou also to the people of Heckington for letting us,take over the pubs,very friendly people. We came to Heckington from Devon,Hampshire and Northampton. Regards Julie

a copy and nice place to stay with your family, easy access to beach and farm for you furry pet. stunning view to the North Sea from bedroom. Firewood were provided to set fire in fireplaces in the living rooms. Great facility to watch TV for different favoured movies at same time. Kitchen was provided to make food , and feel like home. Although Julie doesn't supply essential stuffs like Shampoo, dish liquid and ..., she provided a package for us as it was New Yeat Day , all shops were closed and we didn't know the area at the first. She is a kind and responsible host who tried to do her best to ease our stay. it was completely private area with a 3 minutes driving to center to shop. we really enjoyed our holiday by staying at Julie's place and heartly recommend it to everyone who are looking for a memorable holiday time with their family.
