Awesome place! Nice furniture, comfortable beds and linens. Beautiful set up. The pool area is like a resort. We enjoyed playing pickle ball on the newly surfaced court. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing weekend at this property! It was the perfect spot for our family getaway. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We loved the large living room, where we could all hang out together, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook family meals. Our host was very responsive and welcoming, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches. She was quick to respond and made attempts to solve issues that we had. This home was the perfect base for our family adventures! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly property for a weekend getaway!

We had a perfect weekend in Austin staying here. We had everything we needed and it was great to jump in the pool after a long hot day at Zilker park. Also, I do t think I’ve ever stayed in a place with so many thoughtful “in case you forgot” touches!

Clean house in a great area. Honestly just what you need when staying in Austin. Parking was a little stressful when coming with more than 1 car but otherwise a great place to stay!

Bill’s place was perfect for us! Great location, we could walk to south Congress and went for a run from the house to the Lady Bird hike and bike trail. Tons to do very close by. The place was exactly as described. Clean, nice, and cozy. Bill was very responsive, friendly and super accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and peaceful home with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Great location to watch the deer and birds and great view of the river from the front porch. Wonderful location for us to enjoy downtown Wimberley and to attend a wedding at a nearby Wimberley ranch.

An excellent house, I recommend it 100% I stayed a few days and loved this house, super comfortable, spacious, a very private and quiet area.

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

This is the host with the most! I stay in many air bnbs and this host was the best. The most responsive host and he goes out of his way to make sure the guests needs are met. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We made great memories here with our family. We absolutely would book with him again as he was pleasant, kind, and went above our standards.

Zoel is very flexible and accommodating, he allowed us to checked in as early as 2 hours before. Very large and beautiful backyard, our 2 dogs enjoyed roaming around. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
