The house and place are incredible, well cared for spacious and with enough space to settle in for several days. The location is good and the beautiful surroundings… it was a taste.

Fabián's attention and efficiency counteracts any observation of the stay. I would only do one observation: the house is something "lack of affection" on the part of the owners. I think we need to improve the condition of the slab and furniture as they are super antique

house located in secure sector, quiet. It is not close to the central area of Osorno (there are no restaurants or supermarkets by hand) but there are neighborhood places to supply. Good heating, the shower works well, everything super!

Very comfortable beds, everything is well organized, Mrs. Sonia is very kind, I recommend it for large families looking for a quiet sector.

THE CONDOMINIUM IS THE MOST SOPHISTICATED AND MODERN OF THE PLACE (COMPARISON OF OTHER CONDOMINIUMS IN THE SAME AVENIDA AND SECTOR). IT HAS PLAY FACILITIES, SWIMMING POOL, QUINCHO, REALLY A STAY 10 OF 10. THE ONLY THING, IS THAT IT IS A LITTLE FAR FROM THE CENTER OF PUCÓN, ON A HILL THAT IS BETTER TO GET IN A VEHICLE PLUS IF THE TRIP CONTEMPLATES OLDER ADULTS. BUT OVERALL, THE STAY WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I HIGHLIGHT THE COMFORT OF BALCONY FURNITURE FOR EVEN FAMILY DINNERS OVERLOOKING THE MOUNTAIN AND SURROUNDINGS, AND WIFI AND TV CONNECTIVITY WITH DIGITAL PLATFORMS.

Getting to the place was a breeze. Impossible to get lost. Very well given the directions. The place is wonderful! I couldn't pick another better place for my vacations. Large space, rich pool, very good size of the main room, which has a window to go out to a small balcony that overlooks the garden, surrounded by fruit trees… a wonder. The house comes with everything you need for cooking and the pots and slab in excellent condition. Spotless. The location is excellent. Only 6 minutes we took to go to Pucon by car. We loved it and will definitely go back to the same cabin. So that you risk choosing another place if you already have a winning spot! Many thanks to Pablo for his kindness and for worrying about having this place so well equipped to rent.

Excellent Depto., very well equipped, good location, nice surroundings. The communication with the host was also excellent from the first day, clear instructions of everything( from how to get to the implements that the Depto has and how everything works), there was nothing I had to ask, since everything had indicated, in short, I recommend it 100% Congratulations Carolina!

It was excellent for our stay! We were 2 families and we had everything we needed to feel very comfortable! The private pool, tub and lake view are definitely a plus that make your stay perfect! Spacious house. Well equipped, clean and modern. The Garden is big and private with nice view of volcano from grilling area. House and garden is perfect for calm stays. Especially when Pucon is crowded in cars and people. Bora was hosting us all the time and she was perfect host (labrador retriever). No bad words about this place at all. At first two cameras in common areas of the house was a bit disturbing, but its for safety I guess

The house is beautiful, it was clean, Ivanna and Hernán with her family are very friendly attentive to our needs and questions, they allowed us to be quiet next to our three dogs, there are beautiful places to walk. It is a place to disconnect from the city and connect with nature with the comforts of home. It was an excellent experience.

From the moment the reservation was made until the arrival very good communication with Francisco. In the meantime, to the characteristics of the house, everything is excellent, the beds are clean and comfortable, the spacious functional and clean bathroom, the kitchen well equipped, the delicious jacuzzi! Nothing to say. If something I would have to narrow down it is the stairs give a bit of awe as they are very inclined. However, that didn't make our stay delicious. The very natural environment and zero noisy!
