Me and my partner had a great time, the location was perfect for us being a small young family as it was nice and quiet but a short distance from the Calpe strip. Would highly recommend!

A lovely spacious villa equipped with every comfort. We found the layout of the villa very pleasant. The views are stunning also from the living room! In the garden you can also sit and/or lie down. The furniture both inside and outside is good. The beds are also comfortable. Everything was well prepared when we arrived. The beds were nicely made and the towels were ready. It smelled wonderfully fresh and it was clean and pleasantly warm. There is enough in stock so you can replenish the coffee yourself later, for example. In short, we had a great stay. The villa is set in a quiet villa district a 10 minutes drive to shops, beach and restaurants. Leticia is a great host, responds adequately and quickly. In short, this villa with host is recommended.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

The accomadation is as seen, very comfortable in a quiet area with a beautiful outdoor space overlooking the 13th hole of golf course. 10 min walk to the beach & a lovely swimming pool on the grounds of apartment.

Nice stay at the place. The great location two steps down the beach. As a recommendation it would be good for it to be specified in the listing that the parking does not enter the reservation, you have to pay €10 per day. Otherwise, everything is correct.

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, you can also park near the apartment so it is very comfortable and a stone's throw from the beach. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable in it, in addition to a communal pool that you can use without problems. We will definitely be back.

I spent 6 and a half weeks here and enjoyed every minute of it, Gema and her parents were wonderful from day one, I was greeted by Gemas parents at the apartment and given a full tour all amenities were shown and explained. The apartment was spotless, with a modern touch, the beds are very comfortable and the blinds make it very easy to sleep. The air-conditioning was super cool. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to either cook or make use of the local restaurants and bars close by, there is a supermarket just round the corner which is well stocked. The Esplanada d'Espanya is a five minute walk away with its vast array of restaurants and charming market stalls, the main beach Playa del Postiguet is a further 5 minutes away. Paid parking is available on the street but I would recommend Parking in the underground carpark (Parking SABA Maisonnave) where you can get weekly or monthly passes and is very close to apartment.
