Apartment holiday rentals in Los Gatos

I had to be in San Jose for 2 weeks to take a course and staying at Alfonso’s was the best decision I made! The place is located in a really good place, it’s close to school, lot of restaurants are close by, a convenience store in the corner, it has the perfect location. The place was also very nice and quiet so I was able to concentrate on my studies. Alfonso was also really nice and response time was great. I was looking forward to staying there this weekend since I’m taking my national exams, however the place is not available. Nevertheless, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in San Jose.

Check in was very simple, easy to find location with amazing views. The condo was very clean and cozy. Evan is very friendly and we plan to come stay again sometime!

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

Jim's instructions for self-checkin and parking was easy to follow. Everything was clean. The location was right around the corner from a family member's home as well as a short walking distance to downtown Mountain View. The heater on the wall was great for keeping us warm on the chili nights. Everything in the kitchen worked well (stove, refrigerator, sink) and was clean upon arrival. There was no discrepancy between the pictures/descriptions and the actual rental unit. Although there was a bus stop outside the window, it is fairly quiet between about 10pm and 8am so getting a quiet night's sleep was no problem. I would stay there again b/c of the proximity to both downtown Mountain View and family. It's a great location and Jim is a friendly, welcoming host!

The place is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Michael is incredibly responsive and friendly. I genuinely enjoyed the place and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

First time going to this part of California it was a great place to stay was between the two places that we wanted to go highly recommend.

Great place! Bongsub and the management team were proactive, responsive, and easy to communicate with over messages. The place had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. We did drive in with a lot of our own stuff, but the place had everything we needed. We didn’t do any laundry, but there is a laundromat down the road. Definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Place is as described. We were staying due to proximity to Stanford Hospital and it was an easy drive. Host was flexible.

This was my third stay at John and Maureen's basement. I enjoyed the peacefulness, beautiful neighborhood, and easy access to the Stanford campus. Everything worked very smoothly!

We had such a wonderful stay! The outdoor area, especially the hot tub, was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we needed to unwind. The space was clean, private, and beautifully set up, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hosts were attentive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and look forward to returning!

The apartment is spacious, bright, beautifully furnished, and very cozy – it truly felt like home for me. Rick was always available, very kind, and helpful whenever something came up. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to others!

I was very pleased with our accommodations. We originally had booked to stay at one of their properties in Elon Menlo and we were asked if we would mind switching to Anton Menlo to accommodate a guest who wanted to stay longer. Synergy made sure that we had the same type of accommodation we had originally booked for the same price and everything was perfect. We were still very near our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Elon Menlo. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We had a wonderful trip!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this place!! Super comfy and has every amenity you can think of. Wonderfully stocked kitchen and incredible master bath!

We LOVED staying in this Air BnB. It was clean, modern, and right by the beach. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, although the pull out couch bed was a bit squeaky (if you have a light sleeper sleeping on the couch, you might want to keep that in mind). We got lots of clear instructions and just loved this unit. We highly recommend!

This was our first time in Aptos and at Seascape! Condo was absolutely perfect. Great location and views! Loved having the club house for a meal and afternoon cocktails. We will definitely be back to rent again from the owners.
