This is a wonderful and quiet place right near downtown Palo Alto and University Avenue. Extremely convenient access to Palo Alto, Stanford, and the peninsula area. Michael’s home is very quiet and the place is extremely comfortable. If you need a quiet, clean, cozy place to stay, this is an excellent choice. I would happily return on a future trip.

My stay in Capitola Village was wonderful! Ovr made everything easy and was extremely responsive. We had an easy time getting into the apartment, felt safe and secure and the location is within walking distance of everything. I would definitely stay here again in the future and I highly recommended Ovr as a host!

Perfectly located in town and across the beach! Designated parking was a plus given popularity of location. Shops and restaurants were steps away. Check out Gayle’s for breakfast/lunch items and then bring take-out to munch while watching surfers do their thing! Evan was very responsive too. We will be back! Thanks for a great and convenient stay!

Great location on Santana Row with cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. It was suitable for other meals, too. The two BRs and two BAs were useful. Note that the 3rd bed is upstairs next to the master. We enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV.

I stayed here for 4 weeks and had a great experience. The unit was quiet, accessible, and clean. There are several restaurants in the area that are a <5 minute walk away on Castro Street. There was some mild noise from the horn of the passing Caltrain but it did not impact my quality of sleep. The coin-operated washer and dryer worked well without any issues, and there was detergent available. The kitchen and refrigerator was well stocked, beyond what I expected. The unit was regularly maintained by cleaners, which was a pleasant surprise. The heat/AC unit worked quickly and effectively. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.

I stayed here for almost a month for work and had a good experience. The location was great, close to my work, and amenities. The hosts were very responsive and kind. I would stay here again!

My stay was extremely comfortable. The house is beautiful, clean and super homey and comfortable. I had a very peaceful stay and would stay here again without a doubt!

Excellent place and location. Very quiet and had all I needed. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to shopping and many restaurants. Fremont is easy access to San Francisco, Sonoma, Berkeley, San Jose, and the coast. Most with in a 30 minute drive. San Francisco Golden gate was just over an hour. Parking was easy on the street out front. If it was warmer, there is a nice patio to sit out in the fresh air. The hosts were easy to get in touch, with a quick response. I highly recommend this location for convenience and easy access to expressways.

Place is as described. We were staying due to proximity to Stanford Hospital and it was an easy drive. Host was flexible.

The apartment is spacious, bright, beautifully furnished, and very cozy – it truly felt like home for me. Rick was always available, very kind, and helpful whenever something came up. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to others!

The spa unit was perfect except it was not handicap accessible with the stairs going up to the unit. The jacuzzi spa was great and the fully stocked kitchen with mini fridge. The property manager was very accommodating for our stay even with the last minute construction needed in the unit. Thank you for having the work done days before our stay.

I had a long term stay at Kathleen’s studio and it was fantastic. The amenities are great, the apartment was clean, and the unit is well-stocked with almost anything you’d need. The surrounding area can get pretty noisy (especially the train that runs all the time) but that’s not the host’s fault. Kathleen responds extremely fast to concerns or questions and is overall very helpful!

We had a great time at Megan's place! It was cozy and the perfect amount of space for a relaxing week in this location. It was quiet in the area, the amenities were great, and we would definitely stay again.

Clean, well organized and maintained condo. Lots of parking in the complex. Anthony was very responsive with clear instructions for check in and checkout and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful long weekend stay at Anthony and Traci’s home !

John's place is a gem at Seascape! Beautifully decorated, clean, ocean views, host left wine+snacks, hot tub on site, and everything one would need. Went for a birthday/mom's getaway weekend. Came back happy and relaxed!
