Dominique was an amazing host and she is also a travel agent. She booked massaged in Mindo for us arranged multiple taxi rides when we needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and time in Mindo. She also arrange transfers for us from Quito and back. We took a cable car to five waterfalls that was a beautiful hike, Bird watching was amazing, and so much more to do nearby. All with in 15 minutes of the Chalet. I highly recommend her place.

We went with my family after the end of the year and the fifth one was everything we were looking for cozy, comfortable, in a quiet area, close to the pool and with a super nice waterfall 15 minutes walk. We loved that we had everything we needed at the cottage and the communication with Michelle was always on time, which we appreciate in advance.

Wendy’s property is an absolute gem. The connection to nature and surrounding views were unbelievable. We were spotting toucans from our bed and balcony throughout the entire stay. Wendy is an incredible host. We will definitely be back!

Marcelo, it was a very friendly staff, the place is just like the photos, the pool was tempered, and the campfire at night sheltered us, the stay was great, we recommend it if you like nature!

Such an amazing recharging stay. Everything was perfect and very private. It was amazing to be down by the river or on hikes knowing that no one else but the hosts are on this expansive property. I was skeptical of the amazing reviews I read on the food package but every meal Cheryl provided was intentional, natural, full of flavor, and over abundant portions. Definitely get the food package. I was also surprised to find that the starlink wifi speeds were extremely fast despite how remote we were. I highly recommend this stay as it is the best stay in Mindo. The accommodations were top notch, unlimited hot water, and I was lulled to sleep by the sound of running water from the river. Exotic birds and monkeys came right up to the window. Loved it and would return.

Very comfortable, a beautiful place

Truly I could go on and on. This was my favorite place of our whole vacation. Plan on spending time here, don't just use it as a sleeping spot. We checked in at 3. We asked to go to the river. A private tour to the river, a couple of small Waterfalls. We swam in the river. the host picked a cacao pod and we tried cacao. We opted to pay a little extra and they provided us with such amazing food. made fresh to accommodate our plans. Gylop, Danny and Juan Francis were so kind. If you are going to Mindo, stay here! We were so lucky we did! Wish we would have stayed longer.

Beautiful cozy quiet place, Elaine was very friendly and recommended incredible places to know.

Lynne’s place is a true paradise! The landscaping is one of a kind- extremely tranquil! You could sit and relax on the wrap around porch all day and never leave! The wildlife you see on the property is something we will never forget! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We will be back!

We loved the solar house and its surroundings. Fernando was a brilliant and welcoming host. He recommended a fantastic birding trip with Alex- we saw 50+ species. Don’t forget to arrange a massage either- very good. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable with a bonus of a sauna pool and fire pit. Highly recommend
