Lovely little apartment. We stayed there the second time. The outside space is unbeatable. Kitchen equipment is sparse but everything is very clean. The view is amazing. Quiet neighbours and great having coffee on the porch in the mornings watching the dolphins and surfers. The included parking also makes life very easy if you have a car!

Great place to stay. Simple, cute, clean, and perfect location on the strand. Really enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean on the patio. Responsive host. Not a lot in way of kitchen items, so best for someone who wants to order meals in.

Ami was extremely responsive and provided clear information and easy to understand communications at all times. I unfortunately had to make some arrangement changes, and she was understanding and considerate at all times. Thank you Ami. You are a great host!

This is truly a unique property. It is tucked along the historic Venice Canals which makes it peaceful and just a short walk to so many amenities. In one direction is the ocean where a right turn takes you to the busy and stimulating tourist side of Venice Beach and a left turn will route you down the more peaceful side where the locals fish and hang out. If you head out of the house in the opposite direction you'll find the incredibly charming Walking Streets of Venice. In each of the other directions you'll find weekly Farmer's Markets with incredible selections, even in January. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the host was very responsive when we had questions about the washing machine and the time the city posted traffic information about the neighborhood. This is at the top of our list for a return visit.

My extended family and I had to evacuate from the Eaton fires and stayed in this lovely home for 10 days. From beginning to end Jennifer was available to answer all my questions and she made our stay so comfortable. The house is very beautiful, clean and amazingly equipped with good quality furnishings and every amenity that one would need. Staying at the house made our disastrous situation much better. We will most likely rent this home again for a vacation.

It’s our 4th or 5th time staying at Debra’s and we’re already planning our next stay! Her home is so charming, plenty of amenities and is a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, TJoe’s, gift shops, bars, and parks. Weather permitting, her patio, garden and yard is so pleasant and private - a great place to relax, read and just hang out. Debra was also so accommodating when my brother drove down from Nevada and stayed with us a couple days. At the tail end of our stay, her dishwasher stopped working and she’s already sent me a pic of the new DW she purchased! Obviously we love it there and can’t wait to return!

Having been displaced by the fires, we needed a place to stay quickly. Bridget was incredibly helpful and supportive in making the rental available same day. She personally helped get the house ready for us so that we could check in right away. We are grateful for her assistance, communication, and the charming place to stay.

Fantastic host! Stocked the fridge with water and left us some fruit and chocolate for our arrival. Gave us early check in and late checkout. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The upstairs bathrooms even have bidets. Would 100% stay again. The only negative worth mentioning is the house is on a main road so there was car noise audible in the mornings. But that's the trade off for being directly across from the beach entrance.

This Seal Beach house is everything and more! The location is perfect and the rooms are very spacious. The host lives in the unit above and goes above and beyond to help you feel at home and or assist with any of your needs. Would definitely come again.

The house was perfect for our group in town for a sports tournament on the beach. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. We especially appreciated the number of bathrooms and showers available.

We had a fantastic short stay at Derek's beach house. It was wonderful! We really appreciated the water bottles. The house itself was absolutely perfect for our family, beautiful and also comfortable with small children. What a perfect location with beach access right off the back yard. Lots of parking available and easy to find. The views were amazing and the home was stocked with everything we needed for basic cooking. Derek was very responsive and easy to reach. Highly recommend and would love to visit again one day.

Great place to stay in Ling Beach. Beautiful house and I especially loved the front terrace by the water!

This rental was absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us - situated close to the middle of the peninsula, making walking in either direction a reasonable walk distance-wise. This rental is much closer to both the beach, and the harbor, than you would think from the photos. The house is in pristine condition...it all seems brand new. Not a speck of dust to be found. The unit even smells like a new-build. There are NO odors in the house...no horrible sprays or anything like that. Just fresh. The linens were lovely (I wish I knew where the bed coverlet is from, I want it for home!), and the bed (split-King) and pillows were wonderful. My husband is a "problem sleeper", and he slept straight through every single night, waking up feeling like a new man! Despite the people upstairs being a little noisy, the house is truly a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back!

A Slice of Positano in Catalina – Stunning Ocean Views! Staying at Troy’s place in Catalina Island was an absolute dream! The beautiful Positano-inspired architecture and breathtaking ocean views, made for a perfect getaway. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the sight of the sparkling water and enjoying coffee on the patio was truly magical. The location was fantastic—just a short drive to Avalon’s best restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Whether relaxing at the house or exploring the island, the stunning views made every moment special. Troy was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. If you’re looking for a Catalina escape with amazing ocean views and European charm, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!

Overall a five star stay, BUT, I wish the host had a printed binder of house rules. I had to reach out to the host for each item that I needed. When I did reach out, the host was very responsive, but still, cutting out a middleman would have been a perfect stay. This came close. Stunning views, lovely space, and host had fresh flowers for my arrival. Five stars, will visit again!

i went up there for my birthday weekend and it couldn’t have gone better. it was right on the beach, walkable to shops and restaurants, and had two parking spots which made it easy for leaving and coming. it was thee perfect spot to chill and have a good time! thank you sam!

Wow! This place is absolutely incredible—nothing else in Catalina will ever compare! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning view and couldn’t believe we got to stay in such a beautiful space. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. But that view—we could have spent all day just sitting on the porch, soaking it in. The included golf cart was a game changer, making it easy to get anywhere in town within minutes. The hosts and property manager were fantastic—friendly, flexible, and truly went above and beyond. We’ll be talking about this trip for a long time and can’t wait to stay here again. 10/10 recommend!
