The place is great and good to stay.. There is convinience store near at the property. There is also grab car nearby. but book ahead coz it may takes time at times to book grab. will highly recommend this place.

It is a hidden gem for those seeking a peaceful escape with breathtaking ocean views. Perched on a cliff, the property offers stunning panoramas of the sea and Bohol Island, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The house is spacious and well-maintained, ideal for families or groups. One of its highlights is the opportunity to see sea turtles during high tide. The host is also very responsive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. A fantastic choice for a stay in southern Cebu! 👏🏽

Rowena and Peter were great hosts. Both went out of their way to accommodate us, and made us feel like home. The house is big, very clean with direct access to the sea, a beautiful reef and a stunning sunset. And not forgetting the happy tail waggers! 🐕 We also had a BBQ at his place. Peter helped to prepare the charcoal (as an extra service) and provided information on where to get good meat. We had it very easy and have nothing to complain about. A great end to our trip! Definitely would come back the next time!

We had a great stay, everything was as described and clean. It was really nice to have a bar with food and drinks available.

This is the gem The host is friendly and quick to answer questions. If something goes wrong at home, you don't have to worry about it. They fixed it right away. The house is really well maintained and you can feel comfortable. It feels like a luxury vacation home. Our family was happy while staying here. The bathroom shower has a filter on it. I contacted you the next day about what I missed when I checked out, and you kept it well. It was my best place to stay in Bohol.

Emma and James were friendly and helpful for our family of 7 as first time visitors to Bohol. They helped arrange van tours, gave us great suggestions for places to go and helped us navigate getting to and from the ferry. Their place is not far (10 minute walk) from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach with all its shops and restaurants. We appreciated having the space for all of us (especially the 20-somethings who all had their own private rooms and bathrooms)

Rob is a great host, very friendly and knowledgeable of the surroundings. He was kind and flexible with our late checkout and let us use the dependence for a quick shower before leaving Panglao. The house is lovely, just like the pictures, and Kira the dog is a wonderful addition to the place, the friendliest dog ever! The house was clean and spacious, the outdoors were well kept and made the house an oasis of peace. The neighborhood is not so great, but the house is close to the beach where most tours start and by renting a bike you’re pretty much close to everything you need so the location overall is great. The only thing I would improve in the house are the bathrooms that could use some renovations, however they worked and were clean as well so nothing to complain. We had a wonderful stay and greatly recommend this guesthouse!

It was an amazing experience! I highly recommend Shu's for group stays. Ken is a fantastic host, communication was smooth, friendly, and he responds quickly. The location was perfect for us, peaceful and slightly away from the crowds, yet within walking distance of restaurants, hangout spots, and the beach! We’re also incredibly grateful for Kuya BamBam, the caretaker, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. He was kind, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. If we ever come back to Moalboal, we will definitely stay at Shu's again!

Great location away from the busier streets in panagsama. still walkable to most of the restaurants. place is as described. we managed to rent the scooter for 400 pesos for 24h which is just parked right at the accommodation and fuel station is down the road. so very convenient. hosts are really friendly and approachable. they were really nice and provided a change in towels on the third day upon request. Would definitely recommend this airbnb if u are heading to moalboal and prefer a quieter location.

The place is great. It’s clean and has lots of extra beds and pillows. It’s near the church, the gakob spring, and many beaches. The place was clean and has complete utilities. Ms Kate was very kind to allow us to check in earlier than 2pm. Great place and highly recommended!

Reynaldo was a great host. The space was clean and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water they provided. Internet connection was fast and air conditioning in the bedrooms made our stay comfortable.

Very comfortable stay 20-30 mins scooter ride to local attractions and Panglou Island, where there is great snorkelling opportunities. Perfect paddle boarding hire and location short scooter ride away and local market and bake shop for delicious breakfast buns a few minutes walk. Great location base to explore lots on the Island. Airport transfers offered by friendly and accommodating hosts.

Beautiful place inside and outside. Private territory, spacious house and well maintained. They offer a bigger size like new scooter for a good price. The caretaker, Wilma, takes good care of the place and will assist you if you need something. Will recommend!

it was a great experience staying at boho chic, it was clean and host is very responsive. it is located in a private area so after a long day of tours and beach you will feel relax when come back to the place. you will feel at home. thank you so much Ms. Rhea. we had a great stay ☺️

The home is beautiful and private. Make sure to arrange a car to get up because it is a bit steep to get up but so very worth it with a beautiful view. The caregiver is incredibly kind and awesome and even the neighbors were there and kind. If you are looking for ample space, privacy, close access to Oslob and tourist activities, this is an amazing place!

We stayed 2 nights in the purple house. The place is extremely well located in the center of Moalboal, close to the shore, diving centers and restaurants! That comes with the noises so if you look for something quiet I advise you gona bit further away. Genevieve was not able to welcome us in person but everything went smoothly and she was very responsive by message. We also came with a rental car and paid raisonnable price for a parking spot few meters away from the house. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be close to diving centers, easy to go for early morning diving !

Chris, our driver John Ray and the rest of the staff were VERY helpful from the day we booked the place and until we were dropped off at the airport. Response time is almost instant, and all of our needs were accommodated. Chris has been very delightful to talk to, with lots of recommendations and good deals with tours and transportation! The house was very clean, smelled really good, and the kitchen was completely equipped. The pool and the backyard is a really nice place to chill with family and friends. Will definitely stay in his place again when we go back to Panglao. :)

Veza’s place was fantastic! It’s conveniently located just 15 minutes away from Alona Beach and 10 minutes from Panglao Airport, making it easy to explore the area. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants right outside the subdivision, so dining out was a breeze. The house itself was spacious, featuring three comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and an additional toilet. It was perfect for our group. One of the standout features was that they provided utensils and towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. Not having to pack towels saved us from extra weight in our bags, and it made the experience even more hassle-free. The environment was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Veza’s place, and it was great value for money. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in Panglao!
