We Stayed With my Fiancé at AVE for 7 Days, And If you look for a place thats safe A good deal for Money and far from all of the noice of the Manhattan AVE is a great option. We came to Visit NYC predominantly and were commuting every day with a Buses, The stop is just 6 minutes away by Walking so it was pretty easy to access New York ,The Premise was very clean, Had a Nice coffee downstairs, a Big Grocery up close and a very friendly staff . So Overall it was an amazing stay and if We are going to Visit NYC we would definitely come back to here.

Nice place for a family to stay for a week or longer. Convenient access to NYC via a train.

Chana's place was very comfortable. We were visiting elderly family members in town and were still working while we were there. Great wifi, excellent work space for taking video calls. The apartment was clean (a bit sterile) and well appointed with dishes, towels and even paper in the printer. She provided extra blankets and heaters since we came during the winter time. At the time of our visit the stove still wasn't working, but she has provided good work-arounds and we were fine. Chana was very good at responding, and even provided ideas for local things to do. I grew up in town...but I thought that was a nice touch. It's been a long time since I lived there regularly. Overall a great place to rest your head and get some work done. Only negative is the upstairs neighbor likes to walk around in their shoes from early in the morning. LOL! And even that was bearable.

Rick and Cindy's home is in a perfect location for exploring New Paltz and the surrounding area. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses -- as were Cindy's freshly-made muffins. Having fresh fruit, milk, coffee and other necessities available was a very nice touch. The setup of the space is different with an outdoor screened-in living room/porch and one bedroom adjacent to the kitchen, but it worked perfectly for us -- and was exactly as it had been described so it wasn't a surprise. Rick was always available and came outside to greet us and help with access to the pool, etc. The rooms/furnishings were as pictured.

The hotel and staff were amazing! Everyone was nice and friendly and accommodating. The owner’s lounge was such a great perk. Paul was also very informative and checked on us to make sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect and easy to get around with the F train. We would absolutely come back!

Very clean. Very clear entry instructions. Plenty spare bedding and towels. All good quality. Really good beds, very comfy. Huge tv’s in every room. Other reviews say it was noisy from street outside. Never heard a thing, just a few creaky floorboards from above. Location close to good restaurants.

Jenny’s place is exactly as described, beautiful and well maintained. I’d definitely recommend if you’re around town, the place is near great restaurants.

A stunning home with even better views. Lots of space for the whole family. Let us check in early and was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Would highly recommend!

Great family friendly place to stay!

This hotel is just land in Times Square and you can take 2min to the center area of Times Square. Also the guy at the front desk is always glad to help with anything. I have book for ten days, they wil hold the door when you go out,and say welcome back when you re back. Because of the position you can literally eat anything you want with walk in 5min. The room is very clean and big enough to live for our 3person. For sure if you want come and vist New York ,here is the best choice to live. And last thing if you come here you can talk to the front desk they will let you feel you are just in home.10/10hotel

I was here for 3 weeks. Everything was very clean and apartment was well appointed. Mariana was very responsive and replenished the coffee and milk supply during my stay. Location is super convenient to PATH and many bakeries and restaurants.

It was exactly as described. Very clean and just a few steps away from the beautiful beach and ocean. Will definitely stay here again.
