We Stayed With my Fiancé at AVE for 7 Days, And If you look for a place thats safe A good deal for Money and far from all of the noice of the Manhattan AVE is a great option. We came to Visit NYC predominantly and were commuting every day with a Buses, The stop is just 6 minutes away by Walking so it was pretty easy to access New York ,The Premise was very clean, Had a Nice coffee downstairs, a Big Grocery up close and a very friendly staff . So Overall it was an amazing stay and if We are going to Visit NYC we would definitely come back to here.

Nice place for a family to stay for a week or longer. Convenient access to NYC via a train.

The hotel and staff were amazing! Everyone was nice and friendly and accommodating. The owner’s lounge was such a great perk. Paul was also very informative and checked on us to make sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect and easy to get around with the F train. We would absolutely come back!

Rosanna’s place was perfect for my stay. Spotless, had the amenities I needed, the hosts were amazing and extremely helpful! Beautiful space downstairs. Rosanna and Eric were there anytime I needed anything and ultra responsive!!

We had the absolute best stay at Miguel's Greenpoint place. Apartment is cozy and roomy with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It really makes a difference in NY where places are usually quite small. We loved the neighborhood, the best restaurants and bars were just a short walk away. Miguel was super responsive when we had small trouble with the door and also provided an extensive list of recommended restaurants which was really useful. Would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Jenny’s place is exactly as described, beautiful and well maintained. I’d definitely recommend if you’re around town, the place is near great restaurants.

Great experience! Host was helpful and responsive, check in/out was easy and clear. Clean and comfortable - looked exactly like photos. Walkable to subway and great neighborhoods, cute breakfast place & good pizza across the street. Steep staircase at entrance so be prepared! The street facing bedroom was loud at night as its above a bar/restaurant. Radiator was also noisy when it turned on. Otherwise everything was exactly as expected and would recommend!

The price on this stay is amazing! When you are sharing a space with so many others things aren't as clean as when it's just you....and that was to be expected for this price. There are clear signs indicating to guests what the rules are and I thought people were pretty respectful. The vibe was friendly! I thought getting around was going to involve a long walk to the train but the bus stops almost right out front. Very convenient.
