Villa holiday rentals in Long Bay Village

We had a good time there. 9 people had plenty of room. Convenient to orient beach but also to supermarkets, restaurants, and specialty stores. Very quiet area and secure. Denis was a great host and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice showers and plenty of hot water.

Love the villa most amazing view of the anse marcel bay facing Anguilla! Charming little village very friendly people I will definitely be coming back !!

Villa 47 was a dream! You cannot beat the location—a couple minutes walk to our favorite beach in St. Martin—orient bay. One of the best perks was free beach chairs at KKO beach club. The villa itself is huge. Five giant suites that easily fit our extended family. It is a bit tricky with kids though since only two of the suites can be accessed from the main living area. We split up the adults so that it worked, but note two rooms are connected and only accessed from outside, and one other suite is more by itself and accessible only from outside. The pool was everything we hoped for! Huge and private and perfect for afternoons after the beach. No real sea view anywhere, but you’re literally right on the beach. Love the local animals! Sarah and Fred were dream hosts, and Fred was always around the corner for anything. We would 100% book again!

Esheen and David’s home is one of the most beautiful and comfortable Airbnbs we have ever stayed in! The home was incredibly clean and full of great amenities like beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers for an easy day at the beach. We loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and lounging by the pool each morning. The location is perfect - tucked away from the hustle and bustle - and with unmatched views of the ocean. Esheen was an amazing hostess who was always immediately available for anything and was kind enough to provide great local tips and recommendations. She even provided the name of a captain doing small shared charters around the island which was the highlight of our trip! Thank you so much Esheen and David!

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the open-air concept of the house to the stunning views off the back deck. You will not be disappointed with renting this villa. The villa is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and a grocery store right across the street. The level of service provided by Léa and Chloe was exemplary. From pre-arrival communications to personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Léa was always available to assist with any request, whether it was organizing the rental car, setting up a taxi, or booking a boat for the day. Villa Mumbai surpassed all our expectations. It provided a perfect backdrop for a truly memorable vacation. We can't wait to return!

Jeremy's home was a wonderful place to stay on the island. The pictures and description accurately describe his home. The view and outdoor space were spectacular. The long and large sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the wonderful view of the sea, boats and nearby islands from indoors as well. The outdoor space with pool, dining area and comfortable sitting area were great to have as an extension to the indoor living space. You definitely need to guard yourself from the mosquitoes by wearing repellant. Use of the kayaks was an added bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable to cook in. The AC and ceiling fans throughout made the indoor space a comfortable escape from the heat. The home is in a great location and near many wonderful beaches and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeremy's home.

I’ve just come back from spending a week here for my 30th birthday and I cannot express how happy I am with the decision we made to stay here. From the moment we booked to the day we left the communication with Laura and the IRE team was amazing. When we arrived we were absolutely taken away by the views of the villa and waking up everyday to it was a dream! We were really impressed with how much food/amenities the Airbnb had stocked and ready! For a group of 4 we found the villa very spacious, clean and enjoyed the pool everyday! This villa is located in a great part of the island with access to loads to beaches and restaurants but is also in very quiet residential area. The driveway is steep but our driver was able to get to the villa. Massive thanks again to the IRE team who quickly sorted out the small water issue we had and dropped off a small gift the next day. We really appreciated it and was a great highlight for my birthday! Overall I’ll definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. Super nice and new house— kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable with great linens. Honestly we had no complaints. Gwen is responsive, informative and cheerful. We spent a lot of time at the beach near D’s beach bar and had lunch at D’s— the grilled fresh catch fish tacos were popular with us. We also had a chef one night who Gwen recommended—he was great. We had a car and drove all around the island. We hope we get to return to Villa Bonjour someday.

Great house, great amenities including the pool, great view,and steps from the ocean and private. Could not of asked for more from the hosts including many recommendations which we utilized. Coming back for sure.

This villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for our stay, as two families with young children. It was minutes from the airport and close to many beautiful beaches and dining options. A car is necessary to get around. We spent lots of time in the pool, enjoying views of the ocean and the sunset in the evening. The villa was also immaculately clean and well maintained. Each room had its own bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower or bath option which we really enjoyed. The only thing to note is the entrance to the third bedroom is from the patio and not the villa itself. It wasn't a big issue for us however, as it was only a few short steps to the villa and we brought cameras to monitor our children in their room at night. All in all, we highly recommend this villa and would come back!

This house is great! Unbelievable beach. Walking distance to several restaurants! Close to several grocery stores/markets. We had Carey's Ultimate Care (recommended by Kelita) come in for massages in the back yard. Unbelievable. Highly recommend. Just phenomenal. We also used Chef Hodges and his staff for a private chef one night. Definitely would recommend! His food and his outstanding personality were a highlight of our trip. Dolce Vita, Sandbar, and Roy's next door were amazing. Go to Sunshine Shack in Rendezvous Bay. Best chicken I have ever eaten and beach view to die for. The bedrooms have AC. The upstairs kitchen area does not but with the doors open in the common areas, we had no issues. My biggest complaint is the kitchen. It is NOT well stocked at all. It needs attention with basics. Honestly it was hard to cook in this kitchen if that is what you are looking for. The pool was not what pics portrayed. But honestly we did not miss the pool!! Nadia was great!!

Amazing experience from start to beginning everything was perfect. Parking space available right in front of the house which makes getting around easy. Essentials for the house are all provided , separate AC units in each bedroom and fully stacked kitchen. Pool is maintenance is twice a week and comes with various floating devices. Community is private and has many restaurants and small grocery store. Me and my family loved this property and the views of the Orient Bay. Make sure to look up Fish Market open from 8am to 12 if you are staying here, simply out of the world to have access to daily catches just a 5 min drive away. The Orient Beach is the BEST on the 🏝️ Florence (Flo) was very helpful with checkin and checkout and always available if needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay at Marina Terrace. It's located in the beautiful Indigo bay which is in between Simpson Bay and Phillipsburg. It was easy to get to and only a short drive from the airport. The unit was exactly as described and we were all pleasantly surprised by how nice and new everything was. My wife and I stayed with another couple and the four of us had more than enough room. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of room to spare. The unit is well appointed with TVs, beach towels, and other essentials. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need should you want to cook. The pool and outside area were well kept. The unit is walking distance from what is essentially a private beach that has an excellent restaurant, bar and beach club. We had an awesome experience would highly recommend!

Overall a great stay in a nice location. There were a couple of things that need attention, some broken patio furniture, the bathroom door that does not close, but otherwise a nice stay.

We had a wonderful family trip to Reeti’s gorgeous home. The view is unbelievable, far better than the photos can show, and the home is spacious, clean, private and comfortable. We enjoyed the stunning pool and the large kitchen as well as the ample outdoor space. It is ideally located a few mins drive from the shops and beach at Orient Bay and less than 10 mins from beautiful Friars Beach and the ferry to Pinel Island. The true highlight of our stay was working with Flo, the amazing concierge, who arranged dinner reservations, chairs at Yellow Beach on Pinel, organized a grocery delivery for us before we arrived and was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Our experience was truly a dream and we would love to return.

Beautiful villa with amazing view of orient bay. Camille is a great host, she made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay.

The villa was great. Very private except for the cameras. Make sure you ask up front for enough keys and remotes for the gate. Very comfortable beds. Great pool. Fantastic place to stay.

Christine’s place is beautiful. The location is fantastic, as it feels both quiet and peaceful and private, and yet close to anything and everything you might need/desire. It is a great space for a family (we traveled with two small children). Christine’s place is well-stocked with anything you might need, from spices in the kitchen to pool toys, a first aid kit, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at chloe's place -the place is even more beautiful than the pictures-our daughter loved it as well.Chloe was a great host and was always a text away -We will love to come back and stay here again .

Cecilia's home was in a perfect location for us. Extremely private and tucked away in the rainforest, the house was exactly what we were looking for. We loved being 5 minutes from Friar's Bay, the best local beach with only a few tourists. The house was clean, modern and very comfortable. We enjoy cooking when we travel and the kitchen has nice appliances, but was missing some of the listed items, and could be quite exceptional with even $100 more of basic items. Restaurants were quite convenient in either direction in Marigot or Grand Case. The hiking in and around Loterie Farm was enjoyable. Daphnee and Gil were responsive and helpful when we ran into issues we could not solve on our own. We look forward to our next visit.
