Good place, great location

This is my 2nd time booking a unit through Pepperhouse! I could not recommend it more. I’ve stayed in both of their units and they are both spacious and comfy. Great for remote work or to explore the city. Great coffee and food within walking distance. Bare was amazing and incredibly responsive.

We had a very nice stay there! The room is comfortable and the location is very central, so that all you want to see in HCMC is very closeby. There are a lot of nice Japanese restaurants around. I'd definitely recommend going there if you want to see HCMC.

Sunny was a great host and was there to welcome us even though we arrived at 12 am! The apartment was great, good location, and sunny was always quick to answer us! She even made sure we didn't miss the fireworks on New Years Eve. Would recommend

I stayed at the Common Inn for 7 weeks from March to May, and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is perfect, the building and rooms are stylish and clean, tasty breakfast is included every morning and the staff are superb! I would 100% choose them again when staying in Ho Chi Minh.

The accommodation was the same as the photo description, and the location was also good. There was a problem with the air conditioner leaking, but the host responded quickly and solved the problem right away. If I visit Ho Chi Minh again, this is the listing I'd like to use again.

Vinh responded quickly every time i asked for information, very customer focus. The room is nice. I will book again when I need a room in HCM city.

Great short stay. The apartment looks exactly like the photos with the amenities listed. Apt is clean and there’s housekeeping service. Suitable more for couple and family rather than single traveler

Khanh’s place is exactly as advertised! The apartment has a fresh, modern look with a decent balcony view of District 1, space is a great place to help relax from the hustle and bustle of the frantic Saigon city. It’s well located in District 4 right across from river to District 1. I’ve booked a few places in HCMC now and this place is one of my favorites so far. It has a washing machine, racks to dry clothing, and a large kitchen. I didn’t use it much the TV was smart one with fast internet and it had Netflix. The place has 3 rooms with 1 master bath and 1 closer to the living room for the other two rooms. Noise level didn’t seem to travel too far so the walls seemed of a good material. I’ve been to a few apartments in HCMC where the walls were so paper thin that it sometimes was hard to sleep. That wasn’t the case in this apartment! Noise level was acceptable.

Great place to stay, cozy and easy to access everything. The host was nice and really informative. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
