Randy made check in so easy. He provided a code that was easy for ME to remember without having to look it up. They provided snacks and some basic pantry items in case you were hungry. The place was clean and cozy. They even had a small desk with a printer in case you had some work you had to do.

This was a nice place to stay in Burlington while we were visiting family for the holidays. There was a small fenced area that our dogs were able to use outside, which was very helpful.

I booked Cathy’s house for my son and his family. They have never spent a Thanksgiving in IL with my family. The house was perfect. Close to my sister’s home and my mom’s. The house with perfect for a family of four. Would definitely book again. Cathy was a great host. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was perfect! Alisa was an accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Her place is exactly what is pictured and is as described. My kids loved her DVD collection and we had a great time playing games — we were indoors mostly since the weather wasn’t cooperating for fishing. We felt completely comfortable!

Spent NYE here with 7 adults + 2 small dogs. We had an amazing time! Host had set up Christmas and NYE decorations and provided some NYE party things along with sweet treats, wine, and sparkling cider. Location was awesome with trails around the property. Lake was gorgeous. Size of cabin was perfect. It was cozy but enough space for everybody to hang out and feel comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked and appliances were easy to use. We cooked lots of really good food during our stay! Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for---a cozy cabin getaway with just the right amount of modern conveniences.

Lisa and Bob were beyond amazing. There flexibility, customer service and kind heart were extraordinary. My experience with them, reminded me that "Good People w/Grand Customer Service" still exist. There home gave off the energy they exhibit - warm, quaint, and cozy. Everything you think you may need was there. We travel often, but not often do you find jewels like we find in Bob, Lisa, and their cozy home. Thanks for providing us with a home away from home.

This place was great. There isn’t much around here to do, especially in the winter, but we were looking to mostly disconnect from the outside world for a week and this was great for that. Aside from laundry there is really is everything you need to live here full time including a fully stocked kitchen with various helpful appliances like a crock pot and toaster stashed away but accessible. Perfect for a few days or a full week! It was a little dusty in some spots but otherwise clean and well kept. Had a great time. Hoping to come back when the weather is warmer and take advantage of the lake!
