A lovely little place in an easily accessible but quiet location. First thing to note is that this is all one space. The only door is to the bathroom, everything else is open plan. The kitchen is well appointed. No dishwasher, so factor in 5 minutes to wash up. A little milk and some breakfast items kindly provided. The bed is good, plenty wide enough and with ample bedding. The mattress is a little thin, but still very comfortable and not overly soft. The shower is an electric affair that gives enough power, but won't be comparable to a full power shower. It can be made very warm. Outdoor space is nice. The garden is quiet and there are security lights to help if you're there in the dark. The woods next door are a great place for walking the dog. There is plenty of room for parking, but the short driveway is steep and the visibility out onto the road isn't great, so recommend either backing in and driving out, or driving in and doing a multi-point turn.

Mollys place is a gem. As are her and her family. I loved staying here for work. It was comfortable and private, but they were very communicative whenever needed. Park is very close by, the house is incredibly comfortable. Id recommend it for anyone needing a place in this area. 10/10

A lovely place to stay and exactly what we needed! I booked this to stay with my Bridesmaids to get ready before my wedding and it was the perfect, relaxing place to get ready. Thank you for a great experience - would definitely recommend!

The little house was safe and quiet. Location was fantastic. After a long day in town you can return on the Tube and see the gate as you get out of the station. You are instantly home.

We stayed over Christmas and loved the barn. It is spacious, well appointed and has a very comfortable bed. There was a lovely and plentiful selection of breakfast items. Jamie and Chrissie were both welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend it unreservedly.

Steven's place is in a great location which is both very quiet and very close to all amenities. Steven is a very helpful, friendly host and we would certainly recommend this place.

Our second visit to Lawrence’s garden studio and it was excellent as before. We received friendly welcome back to this very comfortable space and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in this attractive location. Lovely to have a few provisions to make a light breakfast/hot drinks. Nothing is overlooked by these thoughtful hosts, and very comfy bed too.

Great place to stay. Elizabeth was very welcoming and helpful. Very cozy, quiet, and clean. All the amenities that I needed.

From the initial communication to the arrival with fizz to the adorable bakery drop by her youngest son. Everything felt so lovely. We really didn’t feel like we were intruding. Having felt uncomfortable with previous hosts as an LGBTQ+ couple with a child we felt safe and cared for. Alethea was very kind and approachable and the space was perfect. Like a little fairy cave with everything there and more! We even had our dog with us, who had a great time. Very courteous hosts and our only regret was not making time to sign the guest book! We will definitely be using this as a hub for our visits to the area again.

This was my second stay at Vanessa's and I loved it as much as the first. I was also really grateful to Vanessa as it was a very late booking (only about an hour ahead of my arrival time), and not only did she accommodate me, but she also turned up the heating to warm the annexe for me on what was a particularly cold day. The hot water bottles were also very cute and kept me cosy all night long. Thanks, Vanessa!

We've stayed at the annex twice and enjoyed every moment of our stay! Claire and Penny were excellent, kind, and attentive hosts, and really looked after us. The annex was warm, cosy, and clean, and in a very peaceful and idyllic location. It was perfect for us as my wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment and was having radiotherapy at a nearby hospital, so it was important for her to be able to relax in the annex. Penny made us a delicious cake - for our first week she made a gorgeous banana cake which was devoured, and for the second week we had a tasty ginger cake! Claire also put some food in the fridge for us which was included in the price, and catered the food to dietary requirements. There is a walking trail next to the annex, so if you wanted some fresh air and a little walk, you cam go for a nice stroll. The annex is in very close proximity to the Harry Potter Studio tour, Watford, and London, so is a perfect location to stay if you want to go exploring!

A Beautiful annex home. Catriona is a lovely lady and very warm and welcoming. There are some beautiful touches like bread, butter, milk etc. The home is very clean and ideal for working away or for a getaway. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for a comfortable stay. Regards Dee

I had the pleasure of staying at Lucy's beautiful home for 4 months whilst my property was undergoing repairs, I could not have asked for a better experience. The first thing I noticed was how spacious and clean the home is and the beds are super comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathrooms are lovely and modern. Lucy was always super responsive, friendly and accommodating . We were also able to park our cars on the grounds off the main road which was an extra perk. The coach house is set back off the main road and surrounded by trees and a small woodlands which makes it private and quiet. Transportation is great, my son was able to just walk across the road to get the bus to school. Overall, I highly recommend Lucy's cottage for both short and long-term stays. The combination of a beautiful home, convenient parking, and wonderful host made my four months here a truly enjoyable experience.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

What's not to love about the Lodge! It definitely exceeded our expectations. The place is really clean, tidy and clutter-free whilst still being welcoming and homely. Lovely and warm with nice amenities and tastefully decorated. The location is very convenient and as it is set back off the road, feels nicely secluded and peaceful at the same time. I would highly recommend Anneliese as a host, she is very thoughtful, proactive and organised. I would also recommend it as a location if, like us, you are visiting RMA Sandhurst as it's an easy 15-20 minute drive to the camp.

Stunning areas with great views. The pool house was great and just what we needed for my wedding morning, thank you Dawn for accommodating us and I really appreciate it !

Christina’s chalet was beautiful, clean, private and had all the amenities needed. Christina was a fantastic host - very responsive, accommodating and hospitality was amazing. We greatly appreciated breakfast - homemade yoghurt and granola, fresh fruit, pastries and snacks. Christina was so kind to accommodate my dietary needs, and for letting us use the washing machine and dryer! Thank you for a great stay.

4 adults and 3 children for Christmas and the Lodge was perfect. Very comfortable and magical for the time of year. Many facilities including hot tub and small gym. Swimming pool in the summer. Beautiful countryside and lots of cycling and walking trails enjoyed by this family. Children loved freedom of garden and kicking a ball about. Thank you Lorraine. It was great and we would love to come back in the summer and experience that pool!
