Beautiful house with large garden and spectacular views of Lake Geneva and Montblanc. The luxury apartment is on the attic of a family home. Common entrance with the owner who lives on the first floor. The apartment is accessible by a wide staircase (see photo) The apartment sits in a small village. There is a small bakery and grocery store just a walk away. 10 min from EPFL and 20 min from Lausanne by private transport or train.
