Holiday rentals with beach access in Lombok

Amazing stay in the heart of grupuk busy surfing village but you felt at home away from the influx of people. Room was good, good amenities to cook Sudir (shop owner) was amazing to deal with Super friendly guy and very helpful 5* Only mentions are no wifi and close to mosque but didn’t bother us at all Thanks ryosuke & Sudir

I know Amed and Lipah Beach well as well as the restaurant at this location. So the choice to stay here was easy for me. The place is exactly as described, and the unit is brand new, super clean, and comfortable. Iko, Rian and the staff are great and always available to help. Other than a few small issues that were quickly resolved, I had no real complaints. I can recommend and will most certainly be back! :)

A gem, the views from the balcony of this flat is stunning, the whole flat is perfect, fully equipped and clean. From the start Guna was extremely helpful and friendly, couldn’t ask for a better host tbh. Had a couple things happened and he solved it in a heart beat. All the staff there were friendly and always ready to help. A stone throws away to the beach and all that it offers which is great. I would definitely recommend Guna’s Flat to anyone looking for their time in Amed! Thanks guys!

Sweet little apartment by the sea!

the place is very nicely located close to a restaurant/cafè where i go to every day now (good stuff). to the centre of amed its also kinda close although in general in amed its nice to have a scooter. the area is quiet with lots of greens surrounded. indah is a very friendly and welcoming host who even took as to the balinese new years celebration which was great to see and experience. the place is a great one for nature lovers who dont want to be in the centre of amed but still walkable distance.

I wish I knew about Ayu’s place earlier; I would’ve stayed there a LOT longer! Breezy and home-y, this Airbnb is on the second floor with a killer view of Mount Agung—there’s plenty of visual privacy. I feel truly on vacation at Ayu’s place. As other guests noted, make sure to bring earplugs with you to Amed—pretty much none of the centrally located accommodations is immune from the combination of speeding motorcyclists, karaoke singing tourists, barking dogs, and crowing roosters.

The place was in great location, close to the bars and restaurants but really quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely recommend this place :)

Nice villa, perfect for small groups. The host was very kind and responsive, as was the entire staff on the facility. Can recommend it!

Perfect location – peaceful, private, and walkable We loved the location in the middle of the island—quiet and private, yet very walkable. We didn’t need to take horses to reach the house; the roads were in good condition, and it was just a 12-minute walk. The place itself is huge and clean, with a beautiful pool and garden. There was always someone around from morning until about 3 PM, which made us feel safe without ever feeling watched. The staff struck a perfect balance between being helpful and giving us our space. The surroundings are walkable, with great restaurants, marts, and markets all within 10 minutes. We were very happy and would definitely come here again!

We loved our stay on Gili. Lupti our host was very responsive always checking in and making sure that we were good. The place was truly beautiful and peaceful. We had a list of restaurant recommendations sent to us and we followed those. We ate very well and enjoyed breakfast close to the villa. We had bikes organised for us when we arrived, which made it very easy to get around. We would like Lupti for hosting us and looking after us very well. It made our time very enjoyable. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa.

This was a fantastic house. So spacious and private. The pool area was great. The breakfast was convenient and you have Boni Hotel 2 minutes walk away which serves delicious cocktails and food. Our host was brilliant and sorted out whatever we needed. We hired scooters as the location is fairly remote. We also got a couple of taxis which was easy. Such a great location for exploring Selong Belanak

We really enjoyed our stay in this airbnb. The property manager Jules was warm and extremely helpful. They were very proactive with communication and everything was clear and well organized. The space itself it gorgeous and a short walk to selong belanak beach with our kids. The pool is nice and refreshing and there are several great eating options nearby. I would highly recommend this airbnb!

The tree house was a fun structure to live in. I liked how there were two floors and the loved the sitting space on top with a view. I got to chat with Peter over breakfast, which was nice:). The neighborhood walking to the main road is rural and lovely, and the beach is close by. I was only there for two nights, but it was a great stop on my journey.

Sola’s place is a great airy accommodation to be in, highly recommend. Sola was great at organising transport, Laundry, recommendations and anything we needed - even brought us some sugar! The beds were extremely comfortable with soft sheets and covers. Thanks Sola!

What an absolutely incredible place! We had a fantastic 4 night stay with our kids and my parents. The house was beautiful and incredibly well maintained. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. This is such a special villa - we’ll always remember our time on the island!
