I have stayed at a lot of places and this is one of my top favorites. Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was stunning the pictures don’t do it justice. The outside space was beautiful and so peaceful! The golf and disc golf became one of our favorite things to do. Lashaun has thought of everything down to the tiniest details. Beautiful home, impeccably decorated. Perfect location to visit Victorian Christmas. Host extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. As mentioned in other reviews, and not repeated here, there are old house quirks, most notably the need for quick or cold showers. We would definitely stay again if we get lucky enough with availability which says it all!

I cannot say enough kind words about my stay at this Airbnb in Nevada City. I messaged late in the evening to see if they had availability for that evening and taylor worked with me so that I could come by in the next few hours and save the week. The space was cozier than the photos even allow. It’s such a short walk from all of the lights of downtown. The bed was comfortable. The bathtub is amazing and watching the projector by the fireplace was one of my favorite things to do every day. When I had an issue, it was fixed within minutes! It had so many cute little touches in a lovely tiny library. I hope to be back soon!

We had such a wonderful stay at Clare's home. The hosue is comfortable and the pool was perfect for beating the summer heat! The door to the pool is off the family rooom area but it is easily closable for keeping young kids away from teh pool if needed. The house is tastefully decorated with some homey additions like books and toys. We found it difficult to choose where to sit-- outside on the front porch or our by the pool lounge area. Although the house is not close enough to town to walk the location is very central and wooded. The view out the back is really wonderful. This is a great place for a family or anyone looking for an authentic Nevada City stay. Highly recommend!

Big and interesting house! Lovely deers around!

This was a really nice home. Spacious and very clean with all the amenities. The fireplace was nice and we really enjoyed the view and the hot tub. We were lucky enough to have deer visit the backyard and stayed a while 😊👍

Paul's stylish cabin in the woods is just that, very stylish with pleasing art and decor throughout. The well stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator/ freezer for all your provisions, the gas stove is a joy to cook on, and the kitchen itself is very well stocked with cookware, cooking oil, salt, coffee, sugar etc. The beds are comfortable, with one firm and one softer...which allows for some choice in the matter. Paul generously left a few treats for us on the table and in the fridge, TY! The cabin is beautifully situated in a wooded area about 15 mins drive from Nevada City. Tip: Wood burning stove available upon contract to reimburse host for any damage to floor. Paul will offer to sell you wood for a fair price.

This sweet cottage in Grass Valley was clean, well maintained and well located if you enjoy being able to walk into town for coffee, a meal or shopping. It has a fenced back/front yard which made it a great place to have a dog. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. New bathroom fixtures and plenty of hot water made for a nice end to of the day shower. I loved being close to town as we were there during the Cornish Christmas celebrations so it was an easy walk for the celebrations as well as getting a few presents for the family. Being so close to town you do hear a bit of traffic but it was not an issue for our family. Thank you Trish for sharing your home!

My husband and I spent a few nights at this secluded, quiet, and peaceful place. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a simple meal. Since I did not feel well I had to stay in bed for a day. Fortunately what a beautiful view from the bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Garrett's cabin was amazing for our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was great—so soothing and the perfect way to unwind in the morning and evening. The beds were comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night's sleep. It was just the right amount of space for me and my guests, with an open setting that made it feel cozy yet spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use for cooking meals together, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a great convenience. Highly recommend Garrett's cabin for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat. We can't wait to come back.

We were so pleased with this house. It has everything you need. It’s super clean. Incredibly peaceful and quiet. This is probably the best Air b n b we have ever been to. We will definitely be back.
