House with lovely garden, close to city and park

Newly built houses from 2021 with a wonderful garden with trampoline and sandpit, as well as a terrace where you can soak up the sun. The patio can extend the evening without freezing. There are both garden sets and lounge sets for the terrace, as well as a barbecue and bonfire. There is a large kitchen/living room with dining area for six people, as well as a junior and high chair. We have two bathrooms, three rooms, one playroom with possibility for bedding and two with double bed and double bed and junior bed. Carport with ample opportunity for free parking for multiple cars.

Charming and well-maintained holiday home located less than 200 meters from Løkken Badestrand. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Løkken with a short distance to the city center and shopping opportunities for both groceries and specialty shops. From the first floor of the house there is access to a large roof terrace overlooking the sea and the city. Large lovely sunny undisturbed courtyard with a nice covered terrace. Here there is plenty of opportunity to have a holiday all year round with the beach and the forest in the nearest neighborhood.

Funkisvilla in Gistrup, a city outside Aalborg. The house appears newly renovated, but is used to being used. It's high ceilings in several ways. The rent includes electricity, heating and water where we expect normal consumption. If you need to fill a large pool, please agree on a price. We have Clever electric charging stations for car, which can be used if you have this. The house is left neat and clean, but you don't have to do a clinical cleaning. We provide linens and towels.
