Family-friendly holiday rentals in Loire-Authion

We had a great time with the family at Véronique's place. The grounds are very large with a superb outdoor kitchen, much appreciated under the sun. The pool and hot tub are nice too. The equipped kitchen is beautiful Véronique was very responsive and attentive to our comfort. The only small downside I could say is having only one shared bathroom (in addition to the one in the bedroom) for so many people. I highly recommend this listing!

Super great accommodation, very clean in a great setting with the pond right next door. With lots of care. That's really awesome. Thierry is a super nice host and very helpful. We stayed 2 nights at the hostel. Thanks to the kindness of the owners we were able to gather at 9 girlfriends in comfort thanks to the spacious rooms. Bathroom in each bedroom and toilets were much appreciated. Very clean space. The industrial decor makes the place atypical and it's nice to disconnect and have a good time. Only 10 min from Angers by car. I would love to come back with my family because I enjoyed the building a lot. An address to remember and share with those around me. Thank you.

Great welcome by Romain and Elise who are very responsive and attentive to the expressed needs. Beautiful heated pool and very nice garden. We had a lovely stay. However, pay attention to the interior staircase which can be dangerous for the little adventurous.

A small stay perfect thanks to a very pleasant small house combining comfort with a very warm "side" with lots of light wood dressing this little "cocoon", we loved it! We were caught entering this pretty, almost unusual home with "a little air" of a boat or a little bit of shawl maybe... A very big thank you to Arnaud and his wife who gave us a wonderful welcome.

Beautiful environment, with breathtaking views of the Loire, the accommodation is perfect for a total change of scenery, Jean Christmas is very welcoming and pleasant, I recommend it! The proximity to Saumur is ideal! Really a good sejpur at Jean Christmas!

A comfortable, atypical and tastefully restored home with a rich history in a former mining area. Quiet location near Angers. Very easy communication with Alain who is very responsive and welcomed us with a good bottle of Crémant de Loire and a very good coffee. I recommend it +

We had a great time at Romeo's place. Easy to access with self check-in/check-out, which is very nice for late check-ins. The garden should be very convenient in summer. Parking space for at least 2 cars next to the house. The house matched the photos, see, even more modern and design for the ground floor with the glass kitchen/dining room. The stove and fireplace were more than welcome. An extra equipped kitchen. But the most appreciated was the responsiveness and communication with Romeo, who was very helpful, listening. We especially thank him for the fire in the fireplace that was waiting for us after a long day of November outside. We recommend for a family trip to visit the castles or Terra Botanica.

We are delighted with our stay: the house is very nice, warm, very well designed for 6 or even 8 people (adults or children), very well equipped (televisions, kitchen equipment, etc.). We also enjoyed arriving at a well heated house. The living room has a beautiful glass window overlooking the beautiful park which is ideal with children or a dog (well fenced park and lots of space). And everything is quiet!! Thomas is very available, even from afar. Her welcome booklet is remarkable!! We strongly recommend this Haven of Peace!!

Quiet accommodation in the countryside, pleasant to relax with the pool and ping pong table. Small negative for the lack of privacy for the bathroom when you are in a group.

Beautiful cottage in an old house all remodeled, with beams and old oven, with all the necessities, large room and large bedrooms. Covered parking, and wifi ok. In addition, the hosts are super nice and welcoming. So we'll be back.

We had a great time staying with Sarah and her family! Our kids enjoyed all the toys available . The living room and garden are particularly nice! Sarah is a very available, responsive and friendly host. A beautiful stay that we will be happy to renew!

We very much enjoyed our six-night stay. We were looking for a quiet, comfortable house in the French countryside with a pool, and this was just right. The house is spacious and airy with a pleasant open-plan kitchen / dining / sitting room area to relax in, with large sliding French windows opening out onto a private outdoor dining area. Just a few steps away is the generously-sized L-shaped pool, with deep and shallow ends. The pool water was cold, but very clear and clean. It was refreshing to have a swim whenever we liked and then warm up in the sun afterwards (we were lucky with the weather). Beds were comfortable, with good lighting for bedtime reading. The village is very quiet (not a place for food shopping) and lies in countryside that is devoted to vineyards for miles and miles around. Marie was very discreet but always available to help, on one occasion phoning the boulangerie in a nearby village to check opening times for us. Overall, a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

The old post office house was very nice. The garden is large and secure with children. The place was clean and all the essentials for a large family were there. The weather was on our side, we were able to enjoy the heated pool with very pleasant dimensions. The village of roses on the Loire is not very far, nor is the super u de Gennes. The departmental front of the house was closed, no surrounding noise. We took advantage of the fields surrounding the house for short walks. Listing to recommend.
