(I don't want a point deduction because of that :P) The apartment has a color change lighting system in the living area and in the bathroom. There are also various lighting options in the bedroom and on the balcony. Of course, everything can also be kept in the normal light. Furthermore, there is a large walk In rainfall shower with seating area. (However, the entrance is not suitable for very busy people (40cm))

Storage space is enough to stay even 4 weeks, the kitchen has everything you need, spacious shower, washer-dryer. Location: Gastro: 1 min, start terrace shore 1.1 km, Elbe 100 m, tram 100 m, supermarket 100 m. Apartment is on the top floor, unfortunately we do not have an elevator yet.

All furniture as individual custom made, kitchen countertop and dining bar concrete/ woodworking/ epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel technology, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space situation.
