Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Loddin

The apartment was great , especially clean. The situation was mega. The dog beach right in front of you. I can only recommend it😊.

Great location! Very close to the Promenade and lots of places to eat and do something. The apartment is sufficient for 2 people. Very good amenities, big and clean. We felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

The please was amazing, extremely relaxing, beautiful beach nearby, and exactly as advertised. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Everything was exactly as described. All the little things you'd otherwise forget were available (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, sponge, dish towel, etc.) incl. Linens and towels. The apartment is nicely decorated and offers plenty of space to spend rainy days there. Except for 2 small drawbacks: The bed is unfortunately only 1.40 m wide and the fast Internet is really very exaggerated. Otherwise it was perfect!

The three of us felt very comfortable there with two small dogs. The promenade is only a 10-minute walk away. Downstairs in the house is a very nice restaurant where you can eat great food. For questions , you always got quick and helpful answers. We would come back

It was a very nice place to stay. Especially the kitchen was particularly well equipped, from kettle to egg cooker and coffee maker everything was there! The all-round terrace was a highlight!

Very fully furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent cycling possibilities and storage. Close to the center and supermarkets. Wonderful air conditioning on hot days. Our host responded quickly and correctly. Would definitely use this again.

We felt completely comfortable in the spacious house with a beautiful and well maintained garden. All very clean and well appointed. The nearby "milk gas station" has enriched our breakfasts, great is also the railway connection from Groß Kiesow. Dana and Tilo are wonderful hosts, it can't feel more comfortable! A very nicely furnished and well-equipped house. We felt very comfortable. Golden autumn and great lake views. Klara is recommended by us.

We had a very nice stay at the place. There are plenty of bedrooms, perfect for a large group! One of the three bathrooms is outside the house, so there were sometimes short waits for the remaining two bathrooms. The sauna, hot tub and game room are really great. There are many opportunities for activities. In the game room, some things were worn out, so you couldn't use everything. The firewood for the sauna and pool was not completely dry, so we had difficulty heating it up. It took longer, but when it worked out, it was wonderful! Finally, it should only be noted that the check-out time is quite early. Overall, our stay was super nice and we will be happy to come back to the lovingly furnished house.😊

Very nice and cozy house with everything you need . From any dishes to spices ,oils, etc . The location of the house is great , quiet ,close to the forest . And the house itself is incredibly beautiful , I did not see such a beautiful living room and kitchen . Everything is clean and tidy. My friends and I were satisfied . A very good host who is always available and helps to resolve any issue . Everything is clear and clear . Thank you for such a nice time in the house and I recommend it to everyone from the heart.💕

We had a great quiet cozy break in Iven. All our communication was through Susanne and she was very helpful and eager and quick to respond. The property is tasteful and cozy. We especially liked the old tiled stove. Everything was really very nice and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for the time.

We were guests with grandpa in a wheelchair. The description of the place was exactly what we found. Going on vacation with a wheelchair user is not that easy, but with Achim it was possible. We are grateful for that. Handles, space everywhere, no thresholds, and a shower stool - perfect. Our child loved the garden and we loved the peace and nature. Achim was always within easy reach. We took care of ourselves. There was nothing lacking in return. We fully recommend the place!

We enjoyed the apartment very much and we felt right at home! The interior was stylish and we were delighted to discover the many decorative elements with a private touch! It was quiet in the apartment and the bed super comfortable. The utensils in the kitchen are enough to cook comfortably together and also the dishwasher as well as washing machine and dryer make the stay pleasant and relaxing. The recommendation for local restaurants was really great and we are also happy to agree with the recommendation (carpentry)! The only drawback was the cleanliness with us. Although the apartment was basically clean and tidy, it is quite dusty under the bed or in other not easily visible places, which causes allergy sufferers problems. In addition, there were legacies of the guests who were there before us. Overall, we can still recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

Nice family who was there to help and advise. Clean accommodation and very quiet. By car, short distances to Bergen or Sassnitz. Also good for cycling tours. We will be happy to come back again. :-)

The apartment is as described. Close to the beach and also to the train station. A shaded parking space for the car is available. Great excursions can be started on foot, by bike, by car and also by train as the place is very centrally located on the island. We felt very comfortable.

A spacious, clean apartment in walking distance wherever we wanted to go. The kitchen is well equipped, grocery store across the street and the overall place spotlessly clean. The one small disappointment was that the dryer listed among the amenities turned out to be a drying rack. In sum, a great place to stay and we would gladly go back.

We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D

Klaus' apartment is very quiet. You can't hear anything, a dream. You can reach the beach in three minutes I think I've never had such a clean accommodation, here I really express huge praise... the apartment is in great condition and it's just EVERYTHING you need. From the garage, you can take the elevator directly to the apartment, which is also a very comfortable plus. I'd love to come back and thank you for the stay.
