Holiday rentals with a patio in Loch Carron

Me and my parents booked this place for a night on the way to isle of skye and had the most amazing experience. The airbnb itself was way bigger than expected and was extremely clean. And then the grounds around it were even nicer. I was initially drawn in by the pool but we ended up spending the whole night in the billiard room that’s in the old refractory. The staff at the club is super nice and gives you a tour explaining all the history of the place while showing you to the room. Fort Augustus is also a really cute town to explore. overall the best place I’ve stayed so far in Scotland!!

This place was lovely, with an amazing view! Mary was very communicative and helpful when we had a little trouble finding the place in the dark. Portree was so pretty! Can definitely recommend getting 57A from Portree right around Skye- about a 2 hour loop with amazing sights! And definitely walking Old Man of Storr. Will definitely be back to Portree!

The apartment was lovely new, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. It was in a perfect location for anyone who doesn’t want to stay in Portree but still close enough to visit. We didn’t meet Sue, but her daughter was available via phone for any issue or question. My only suggestion: I would have appreciated it if the kitchen was stocked with quality coffee and various tea flavors. It’s hard to start the morning without a good cup of coffee.

We travel often and use Airbnb frequently and this place is by far the best we have ever enjoyed! Every single thing one might want is 5 star worthy! The apartment is spacious, clean, warm and lovely. The location is on the third floor on the waterfront, which is absolutely beautiful. The host is truly the most welcoming and helpful we have ever experienced. Perfect!!

Loved our time here. Exactly as described. Beautiful accommodation with a lovely view. Hot-tub was a nice touch at the end of a day exploring the local area. We had dinner in the restaurant in the attached hotel. Food was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting. We would stay here again. 🌸

The property was exactly as described. It was lovely and clean , warm and had such a comfortable bed . Just a couple of minutes walk down stairs up the town so handy for shops , cafes restaurants etc and the opposite direction for walking along the riverside . Would absolutely stay again .

Beautiful and modern apartment right by the sea with a perfect view. Our best accommodation in Scotland! When we arrived we found a welcome gift with local products which was a really nice surprise from Carol & Martin. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and how to check in. The kitchen is very well equipped. We spent 2 great days on the Isle of Skye in the beautiful apartment.

Due to severe travel disruptions, we needed an overnight stay last minute & early evening. Isobel was a godsend. Immediately replied to my request & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable & well equipped. On-site parking is a bonus. Could have happily stayed longer. Thank you.

Staying at Jordan and Stephanie’s studio was great. It’s a comfortable size, pristinely clean and in a quiet location. The bed was particularly comfortable. Jordan was also very helpful - I was staying during a cold snap and I got my car stuck on some ice. Jordan helped me get unstuck in no time.

Alison was a wonderful host for her place from giving us excellent directions (we came in after dark and still found it easily) to checking us in personally. We communicated with her that we had left later than planned and would be getting there late so we certainly didn't expect a personal check-in, but it was much appreciated. The place itself is a charming croft and a small distance from Spean Bridge into the countryside. The views are gorgeous and the interior is welcoming and well equipped. For us it was a central location for exploring - .5 hour to Fort William, 1.5 hrs to Glen Creran, and slighly less than 2 hrs to Kyle of Lochalsh and the Skybridge to the Isle of Skye, etc. We would hike all day and come home late to make a last meal and sleep. Having a washer and dryer in a mud room area was fabulous with mud on our hikes. We would definitely stay here again both for the scenery and the hospitality.

Had a great stay in Drum at Danielle's. Lovely house very homely and cosy feel. Great location for exploring local area by either by foot or car. Great pub and restaurant just a short walk from the house. Most defiently recommend and stay again if we passed this way again.

Just WOW! The house was perfect. Anna was lovely. The area was stunning. We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas and New Year. The house had everything we needed and more, including a decorated tree waiting for us when we arrived. The free wood to keep stove going was much appreciated! The walks directly from the house were beautiful, waterfalls and enchanting forests. The drive to various other exciting places was easy. Dingwall for SPL football, Loch Ness, Isle of Skye and Glen Coe to name a few! A must is visiting Emily’s Byre at Rokeby Manor for food…. Utterly delicious. We’ll be back for sure! Excellent base of operations for a trip on Skye, Carolines home is cozy and welcoming and everything is accessible and easy to use. Very well located in Portree and she herself is a very proactive and excellent host! Would stay again!

This is a fantastic house for a short stay in Inverness. The house is very clean and has everything we needed. It is situated in front of a charming river, and very close to the city centre. Andrew has also suggested some good places to eat! To our surprise, the food at the next-door restaurant “The Waterfront” was amazingly good. We enjoyed very much in staying at Andrew’s house and will definitely visit again for future trip. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. An ideal location for exploring Inverness and a cosy comfortable base for enjoying a relaxing evening in. Netflix etc was a bonus. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the theatre so no worries about parking. Highly recommended

Warm,friendly hosts with a lovely welcome pack provided to introduce us to our stay. Always at hand if required and knowledgable about the local area. We have no hesitation in recommending staying at Marcus and Anna's delightful studio. The Village store and eating amenities are closeby, within easy walking distance and set amongst stunning scenery.

Great place! Long drive in but super worth it. Wanted to see clear skies but was cloudy so unfortunate for us but had a nice time chilling and having some home cooked meals. Sam was very easy to talk to, easy and clear instructions and was responsive as well!

Lovely stay in a central location perfect for our Isle of Skye trip. Thoughtful host communication, clean and cosy place. The driveway got a bit icy but was gritted when realised and the wifi was a bit patchy but all in all an excellent stay.

We had the best stay at Fiona’s place! We traveled from Seattle, Washington so we did not know the area at all. She gave us very clear instructions and directions making the apartment easy to find. The location is so beautiful, especially at sunrise! The accommodations were clean and beautiful and the washer and dryer was a great amenity to have. We will definitely be back the next time we visit!

Margys flat was a lovely surprise to walk into. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. We felt very welcomed and felt right at home. I highly recommend Margys abode.

Absolutely breathtaking surroundings! We woke up to a stunning view of Ben Nevis with a dusting of snow, and wandered down the beach to look out over Loch Linnhe framed by low hanging clouds, mist coming down the valleys, and early morning sun steaming the shallows. Our amenities were perfect, and we even managed to roast a chicken to go along with our bubbly to celebrate Hogmanay 🥳 Peggy was a very welcoming host, had ventured out into the storm on the evening of our arrival to take pictures to help us find our home for the night - thank you!

It's a great place to stay! House have all the necessary stuff and hosts are quite responsive and nice. I love that they thought every detail. One little negative is that house is not as big as it seems at pictures but it's not a big deal.

We absolutely loved our stay! I really can't say enough good things about the Wee Neuk, it was so clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of Ben Nevis. We did not want for anything and Rosanna had included so many extras including tea, coffee, snacks and milk which was so appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here.
