We had a great stay at the villa as a family with two kids (5 and 7). Fantastic seating, plenty of space and basically good amenities (especially kitchen). The pool was refreshing and a lot cooler than swimming in the sea, but still usable in October. The location is very quiet and just around the corner from the Cova d'en Xoroi (5 min. walk). In particular, the mood in the evening with the sunsets is very nice. We drove to the center and to the beach of Cala d'en Porter by rental car, whereby it would be easily accessible for adults on foot. All in all we had a very nice stay and we enjoyed the place very much. Communication with Victor also went smoothly. Muchas Gracias an Victor!

Clean and quiet house. Amazing exterior with a nice terrace. Very functional. Olga is very responsive and welcoming. Too bad the pool was cold at that time but it looks amazing. The only downside is that there is a bit of humidity inside but you have to remember to ventilate well all day.

Very nice, centrally located accommodation. Unfortunately a bit too loud due to the delivery traffic of the opposite Supermarlt. Viktoria was the perfect host, easy to reach, very attentive, friendly and responsive. If you don't want to spend the whole day at the property, a top tip.

Our stay with Miguel was wonderful. The apartment is top, super equipped and very clean. Communication with Miguel was straightforward and very friendly. The location of the apartment just on the promenade is a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

Paula was helpful at all times. It provided me with a modification of dates due to problems I had in my vehicle reservation, I managed to modify dates without problems or additional cost. I wanted us to have a good vacation and with this flexibility he got it. We stayed very comfortable, we were 3 adults and two small children, and it was perfect. Very tidy and clean and Paula at all times cared for us and made it easier for us to visit. Let's repeat!!

We immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation and luckily we were able to check in right after arrival and before 3 PM. The host always responded extremely quickly to messages, always helped us and gave us great tips. We were there with a toddler and the apartment was super suitable for it. The pool is little used, which is why we always had it to ourselves. The sea was also very nice and quick to reach on foot. A very great stay and a place that is highly recommended.

Rosi's place is perfect for peace and relaxation, with unique views of sunsets being just a few minutes from Ciutadella. It has all the amenities you might need for a longer stay and the beach nearby is almost like a private cove, just for the residents. We would love to be back sometime.

Francisco's apartment is very nice for 4 people, well-equipped kitchen, pleasant terrace. The bedding was comfortable. The accommodation is very well located and Francisco's instructions are very clear. In view of the period of our stay, despite the sunny days, fortunately we were able to put the heating on in the evening because the residence is a bit damp. We loved our stay and visiting Menorca! Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Very good week in this small house a little old but with all the comfort and clean with a very nice quiet location with a magnificent view and amenities 5 minutes away by car including a very beautiful sandy beach. Our host Lorenzo was very kind; we'll be back with pleasure with our two children aged 3 and 7

Thank you Jean-Philippe, the instructions were clear; The accommodation was clean and functional. All is well thought out. Very convenient beach chairs. Proximity to the perfect bar and pool. Beautiful wild and protected scenery. We had not rented a car, so we were able to take bus 32 (bus stop near the bar) which leads to Mahon (Capital) and Aliaor (connecting for ciutadella). The neighborhood is peaceful, clean with not too far a bakery, a tobacconist, a supermarket, a car rental and medical center; The beautiful beach and crystal clear water with a bar that also serves dishes.

Our stay at this house was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, very well equipped, and perfectly maintained. We had an unforgettable time in this idyllic setting. The owner is exemplary kindness and responsiveness, always available when needed. We recommend this rental at 1000%! Cozy apartment perfect for a family stay on the island. It is new and in a very nice and quiet area of the island. It is also a 5min walk from one of the best beaches in Menorca. Xavi and David very attentive to absolutely everything. Highly recommended and we will stay again on the next visit.

A real gem! The apartment is full of charm, tastefully decorated. Everything is designed to make you feel at home: cooler, tupperware for picnics, umbrella, games, many cooking utensils, coffee machine, etc... Nothing is missing! We loved enjoying every day the small sunny terrace, quiet, in an elegant and impeccably maintained residence. Cristina is absolutely adorable. Responsive, attentive, always concerned about our well-being with its little caring messages and valuable advice. A thoughtful host, as we rarely meet! A supermarket nearby for everyday shopping, a multitude of good restaurants all around, and sublime beaches within walking distance… everything was together for a most relaxing stay. Our stay at Carmen's apartment largely met our expectations. Everything is thought out and provided to feel at home there (from beach stuff, to the domino and to the ironing table!) Carmen is very responsive , she was able to give us tips, recommendations of places and activities to do nearby. She has always answered our questions with kindness and speed. The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay with the whole family (grandparents, parents, grandchildren). The house and garden also offer enough space for many people with different needs to come together and retreat. Although it was already mid-October, we were able to use the cozy outdoor area for all meals and to relax (although some measures against mosquitoes were necessary). Laurence has informed us in advance about all the things that affect the house. Also about things to do on the island. It was a completely successful vacation.

The house was amazing and very well located in Fornells. The view from the house is really nice and we could go by walk to Fornells village with all restaurants and markets. The house is spacefull and well equipped. We were 2 families with kids and everyone loved the house. Juana is a very nice and helpful host. I definitely recommend her house and thank her for being so welcoming.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

Excellent rental! Everything was as advertised. Jaume sent us regular messages to see if everything was going well and available as needed. Very good communication. Very clean apartment, impeccable bedding with all cooking equipment. Easy to park for free. Wifi ok. The location is perfect, because it's very quiet and close to the beautiful southern beaches. You can also easily discover Menorca because you will be about 1 hour from the capital Mahon and the other end of the island. We were not able to enjoy the pool as it was in February, but it was close to the apartment. I would recommend this place and Jaume!
