It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Excellent place, very clean and cozy. I will definitely return.

Always love staying at Ivan’s place. He’s extremely welcoming, responsive and available. Strong wifi and a strong fan that keeps the apartment very comfortable at all times. Great hot water, comfortable king sized bed, Previously, I mentioned to Ivan that a safe would be a welcome addition to the unit and he made sure to have one installed. Top rated host. Highly recommend. Place is beautiful and clean. Hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. They even put up balloons for my girlfriends birthday which looked amazing. Overall was one of the best places we’ve stayed at.

Incredible place, wonderful scenery and spectacular house. The beds a little hard but I have no words to describe the place..a MARAVILLA. very kind Betty and Helena who welcomed us. In the rooms the perfume they put on was very rich but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely recommended.

I recently stayed at a stunning penthouse in Colombia, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, offering a panoramic glimpse of the city and surrounding landscapes. The space was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, making it perfect for relaxation and entertaining. The pool and gym is on the floor above and shared. The host was also very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious stay with an incredible backdrop!

This is a gorgeous place to rest while exploring the city. As it is relatively central to the city, it is easy to go wherever you want. There is so much gorgeous art and natural plants that makes this Bnb a truly cozy and unique place to stay in Medellin. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay, a central and quiet place, Sebas was always attentive to all our needs, the apt met everything offered and is quite spacious.

All very nice, an experience of rest and tranquility, friendly people at the store below. Everything was very clean and organized. It is a little removed from the center of the village, but it is well worth the distance, we are happy and we want to return. Thanks to Daniela very attentive to everything and very kind.

Just a few things to keep in mind: 1. The stairs connecting the upstairs master bedroom and the bottom of the home are outside the home, so you must get out to go back in. Not a big deal, it was just a bit annoying when it was raining or very cold. 2. The home is at the bottom of the hill closer to the water, which is awesome but the walk up and down is not a small one. However, Camilo and his family were there to help us out if needed and it was a good work out. 3. The home is deep in the mountains so there is a bit of the road that is not paved. The weather was very cold during our stay and it was raining pretty much everyday so we couldn't really enjoy the place to its full extent. However, it was still a very nice and peaceful stay, they provided us with tons of blankets and were always ready to help when needed. The place is beautiful and it looks just like the pictures, full of nature. It was overall a great stay, around 20 minutes drive from both Guatape and El Peñol.

Loved this place! went there with my mom for a few days, and we loved it. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars, tourist places near by. 5 minutes from the "Zona Rosa" in Medellin which is perfect if its your first time visiting. Not to mention the view from the apt was insane. Totally worth it!! The apt itself had everything we needed it and more. Definitely recommend this place 100%. Very safe to walk around and enjoy your day/ or evening walks. Will deff consider going back. Thanks Cesar

It is a very nice apartment, excellent location, well equipped in all areas and with condominium amenities such as the pool, Turkish, sauna, gym, restaurant, etc. Great!!!

What an amazing place and an amazing family running the location!

The view can't be described! Beautiful! The layout of the apartment is good. But the furniture is very basic. And so is the bed. Safety is good.

The accommodation has everything you need to spend a few days. It is very comfortable and very nice, some blinds for the main room would not come bad, a lot of light comes in in the morning (for my personal taste). Access to transportation is very good. I would be back if the opportunity arises. Alberto is accurate with information and timely. Thank you and see you next time!

It is a very nice, comfortable apartment in an excellent and quiet location, near supermarkets and restaurants and very secure. Gloria was always quick in responding when there was a problem in the apartment and it was fixed fairly promptly. The only thing is that some of the furniture and beds could be updated but overall it is a great place to stay.

Great space that’s close to everything. Internet is fast and TVs are great. Great view, great host.
