The place is very nice, well equipped to live a great stay. The only thing to improve is the check-in time, I think it's a little late. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Ivan and Catalina were always attentive to our concerns before and during our stay. They are very attentive people, they made us feel like friends, as did the staff associated with them. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super comfortable, airy with an open concept that connects the house, the pool and nature. There is an air of tranquility and peace, just what we needed to disconnect from the routine.

The place is very nice, the pool is perfect. Diego is very friendly and responds to messages in a timely manner. For improvement: the security of the doors although the condominium is very safe; the gates at the entrance allow the access of dogs and cats from the neighborhood to the rear where the pool is. Sandra's apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The pool and jacuzzi reservation makes check-in orderly. It is a five-minute walk from the town of Ricaurte, so any shopping you need is very close. A very quiet complex to rest.

Ginna's place was spotless when we arrived, it contained all the ammenities listed and the shared pictures show very well the property. Something that is not mentioned is that you will have access, depending on the season, to an unlimited number of mangoes, coconuts, oranges and mandarines available all throughout the property. We got to enjoy the mangoes everyday and some coconuts at the end of our stay. :) The property has two hosts that took care of everything, were very attentive and pro-active. They shared their contact with us and were very responsive whenever we needed them. Additionally, the host offered the possibility of having a cleaning service any day of our stay for a small additional fee. The lady was very helpful and kind. She helped with the cleaning and cooking for half the stay The only point of improvement for the property is the check-in procedure; going through each item of the house and signing some documents. It took about 30 min.

Everything was great. The accommodation is as seen in the photos, and as described in the publication. The Residencial set is well private and everything is in pristine condition. The pool was definitely the best, amazing. The staff of the team was very friendly at all times. The host Laura was always attentive and always responded in time. I would definitely come back and I recommend it.

The condominium is very quiet, the pool is very clean and beautiful, enough furniture, the kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, the rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning and ventilation are excellent, the TV and sound are very cool. The beautiful place, private, quiet, Sandra's house is a dream house, super beautiful, the pool and the jacuzzi 10/10, all the comforts for a perfect vacation, in my case I work from home and the Internet 10/10, Sandra a super attentive host, friendly, considerate, the air conditioning was damaged due to an electrical problem and Mrs. Sandra bought an air conditioning the same day and installed it to make our stay the most pleasant possible, (to enjoy the pool be sure to carry mosquito repellent) we will definitely return, thank you Mrs. Sandra to lend us your home for an unforgettable vacation🫶☺️.
