Great place! The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and the patio and yard were awesome. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the toys! Getting down to the water wasn’t difficult - there is a steep hill but we had two young kids and a baby with us and the kids (2 and 4yo) managed it totally fine both ways. Great lake weekend!

Had a great time in the house. Maribel was easy to chat with and always very responsive. The place fit our needs perfectly and we would stay here again. Clean home, plenty of restrooms, and had everything you’d need for your stay.

We had a fantastic weekend, and The Shack felt like a home away from home!! We enjoyed it and look forward to more stays here! Awesome communications and made sure throughout the stay if we needed anything! I kept noticing my girlfriend staring at the cow pictures on the walls constantly, she loves cows and her family raises them. Because of The Shack I know what to get her for Christmas!! We really enjoyed our stay at The Lazy Doe. Everything was as described, the place was clean and inviting, and we enjoyed the amenities for our pups. We had plenty of space for our party of five people and two dogs. It was an easy distance to Marble Falls for great food and Christmas fun.

We came out for our 6th wedding anniversary and really enjoyed ourselves. Fishing was fun and enjoying the dock and sunroom really helped us to relax. We look forward to bringing our boys to visit soon. Hopefully Kim has bigger accommodations for a couple of about ten so we can bring our family with us as well. Top notch service!

The home was exactly as described and perfect for a quiet family getaway. Kippi was proactive in her communications and provided clear instructions. She even gave us flexible check in and out times that worked within the home's availability. We loved the out of town location to enjoy the county but close enough to still spend time in Beautiful Llano.

We had an amazing stay at this lakefront property near Lake LBJ! The private dock was a fantastic feature, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the paddleboard and kayak provided—what a great way to explore the water! The house itself was spotless and well-equipped. The modern kitchen was a joy to cook in, with everything we needed readily available. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking lake view (sunset view and birds!), which we loved soaking in from both indoors and out.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. It’s a minutes walk from the river and the stars at night were breath taking. We could see the Milky Way and plenty of shooting stars. The sunset was absolutely beautiful. The back porch is fenced in with gates, making it my dogs favorite place to lounge. The location is quiet and peaceful. It’s not too far from town so it’s easy to grab snacks and supplies. I hope to return again someday!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Llano. This property is very unique and it accommodates large groups comfortably. Everyone had a great time and we loved that we were able to bring our dogs along with us. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quick getaway with family or a large group.

Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

Sue’s place was great! It’s exactly as it is in the listing. Sue gave us clear instructions, detailed information, and great recommendations well before we arrived. We felt like we had everything we needed. The location is close to attractions but far enough that it was quiet and comfortable. The proximity to the pool was perfect for us. It’s right by the home but also in a spot where we couldn’t hear anyone while they were in the pool and there wasn’t a bunch of foot traffic. On our first day, there was a minor issue with the pool. I reached out to Sue, she responded almost instantly, and the issue was taken care of quickly. The home was clean, had comfortable rooms and beds, and there was a lot of seating in the living room that made it a perfect spot to hang out and visit. Overall, it was a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at Drew and Grace’s home and felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The home was spacious and comfortable, and the kids especially loved the large backyard to play in. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, as we were just a short 5-minute drive from my in-laws. We will definitely be booking with Drew and Grace again for our future family trips! Thank you 😊

The stay was great! Well worth what we paid, very spacious, and so close to our family we were visiting. Erin was extremely responsive with answers to questions , and even offered a later check out time. Will definitely visit again!

Michael’s place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The front patio was great for looking at stars at night and birds in the morning. The house itself is clean, comfortable, and attractive. We spent the days driving around nearby Hill Country towns, and enjoyed returning to the house in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

It was exactly what we were looking for! We walked right down to the lake to fish. The yard is beautiful & very shaded.

We had a wonderful stay, the rooms all had bathrooms which worked out great for our amount of people. Very pleasant surroundings, with a ton of deer! Our Grandkids loved the nice playground on property, we loved the outdoor patio with heater too. We would come back on our next trip to that area for sure

What a great little house for me, my husband, and our dog to get away from the big city for a few days. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to lounge and play. The views from the back yard were amazing, and having access to the river for swimming was so fun. We also loved how the house was isolated and quiet, but super convenient to drive to Inks Lake for the day, or Burnet for meals and groceries. Would definitely recommend this house to families with kids and dogs looking for a little out-of-the-city adventure.

This is an absolutely perfect place for anyone looking for peace and quiet along the Colorado River / Lake LBJ. Our dogs had a blast exploring the yard while we relaxed in the hot tub or sat by the shore to take in the views. We loved being able to float + paddleboard off the end of the dock using the provided water toys. The outdoor space is incredible. The house itself was lovely. We spent most of our time in the living room / kitchen area, lounging on the couch and working through a couple of puzzles from the impressive board game closet. The kitchen was well equipped and there was tons of coffee. The master bedroom was a dream for sleeping and watching movies. Raimund is an outstanding host. He worked around our schedule to quickly replace a TV that had broken the day of our arrival. He gave us useful tips about the area and responded to our questions promptly. He could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure this was a special trip for us.

My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in many, many airbnbs. And as someone who is planning to have my own airbnb in the near future, I am probably more attentive than others to the smallest details and am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness, responsive hosts, etc. This airbnb was the best-stocked airbnb I have ever stayed in. From the many spices to the extra towels, the shampoos and body washes, Cindy really has thought of it all. Cindy is also one of the most responsive, friendly hosts I've ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and relaxed when it came to every single detail we asked or informed her about. The airbnb is very spacious, the beds are super comfy, and as someone who loves her pillows!-there were pillows galore. The view is breathtaking and there is plenty of parking for bigger groups. The stove is big for bigger meals and there are 2 refrigerators. There is a dog kennel and 2 big dog beds as well. Great place!!
