Family-friendly holiday rentals in Ljubač

Very nice place to stay ! Hostess great

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Ljubac, I’d definitely recommend it. The hosting family was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It was so good to have a pool and a Jacuzzi, the kids loved it too, jumping into the pool the whole time and it really felt very luxurious in a quiet area with great views on the nearby beach and the mountains in the background. We had the ground floor apartment which has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious living room with dining and kitchen together. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room to sleep on also. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot when we were there in August. There’s a small shop nearby in walking distance (10 mins) where you can buy essentials and in the nearby small harbour (7 min walk) at the beach bar we got very nice coffees.

Marta is a very nice host and answers very fast when we had questions or comments. The house is very nice with a lot of ways to relax like the pool, the jacuzzi and the sauna. Small supermarket and bakery are around te corner. We have had a great stay!

The flat is quite nice, clean and near to the old town, around 10 mins by foot. The host is so nice, adorable, friendly and helpful. She took care of us everyday to make sure everything is okay. Overall this flat is 10 out of 10.

Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating landlords. The house was in a wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. This did not bother us either, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't get anything from him. The communication with Tatjana is truly outstanding. I have never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and also brought us fresh towels if needed, even though you can also wash in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot". We'd book it again anytime.

We had an amazing time staying with Tereza:) everything from check-in to the very end was 10/10. We had privacy, the accommodation was sparkling clean, and Tereza was friendly and very hospitable. The place is fully furnished, with new strong air conditioning, which we appreciated especially on hot days. Upon arrival, we immediately felt like home. The location is perfect, everything you need within 10min walk. I hope to come back again <3

Ksenija and Antona’s place is really beautiful. I was shocked that there was so much space when my husband and my mother inlaw arrived there. There were only 3 of us and I think it could even fit until 6 but the listing says it could only maximum 5. Anyway, you will find everything that you need there. From kitchenware to card games. I would definitely come back here if we ever visit Zadar next time. Highly recommend! 💯

Krasna is very friendly and kind. Environment: house last in the street, quiet, peaceful. Large backyard, perfect for family with child. BBQ grill. Toaster, kettle, hair dryer. There was nothing missing. A smaller house, two adults and two small children ideal. There was more storage space missing for food, for example. We would definitely come again in a year

Best sea house we ever visited. If you like quiet and peaceful place, this is the best you can find. There is nice terrace hidden in shadow of trees. We were there in early june and everything was very green. We were there with children and they loved it. House is nice and clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

We were very well hosted by Katica. The accommodation is as described and the location is ideal for going to the beach and walking downtown (30 minutes along the sea) When we arrived at the accommodation we were greeted with water and fresh fruit as well as a bottle of wine. Thank you very much to Katica for her availability and kindness.

Everything was perfect. Marta and her parents was every time very friendly.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!
