Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Livorno

We were 4 adults in our 60’s, fairly active, AC was appreciate d! Barbara was a great host, easy access to and from Florence! Grateful for the fans in the bedrooms, July is pretty warm!

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! Well-decorated, well-kept, clean and functional house. The living room is comfortable as the house is structured with dedicated spaces that allow guests to find the comforts necessary for their needs. Convenient parking in the nearby square without available. Host attentive and active in resolving even the small issues. Fast and clear communication. Recommended

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

We just came back from a long weekend and Betty and Roby's place and we absolutely loved it! The taverna is so cosy and welcoming, we felt at home straight away. The kitchen is supplied with all you need to cook if you wish to do so, and we did cook most of our meals, only once we went for dinner in Pruno at Locanda del Poveromo and we highly recommend it. The scenery around is stunning and there are lots of walks you can do. We didn't have great weather so we didn't go hiking but enjoyed some relaxing and quiet time in the house instead, we needed it and we loved it. We met one of the neighbours and she was really quirky and friendly. The place is easy to find and Elisabetta was super responsive if we needed anything. She met us at check in (late in the evening) and check out (early in the morning), and she brought us breakfast every morning. Every day something different but equally delicious, what a treat! I definitely recommend if want peace, beauty and a gracious host.

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the views a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful with all topics. Glad to come back!

Giovanni's place was clean in order and easy to find. He was always available and especially regarding a problem with the car, he gave me a great help. The accommodation is very quiet inside a house, quiet and sheltered. I highly recommend it and will keep it in mind for an upcoming stay

The host has a beautiful property and Graziella and her son were friendly and kind. They recommended local things to see, the property is in a beautiful area with good views from the balcony.

Helene's assistant Nicole was exceptionally kind and helpful with our check-in. She provided information that we used throughout our stay. Hopefully, we will be back.

Impressive place and view. The property is clean, well maintained and the friendly host available at anytime. We have spent 5 days enjoying the property which is located at the mid point of Pisa/Livorno and Florence. We took the opportunity to visit the three cities.

Excellent apartment, spacious, renovated, modern, functional. The location could not be better, in the center of Lucca, you can go shopping, supermarket, pharmacy on foot. The hosts were welcoming, organized, flexible and gave me several very good tips. I highly recommend this place.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

We absolutely loved our stay here. The Airbnb was well equipped with everything you could need and the patio was an extra bonus! We were lucky enough to have great sunny weather and spent a good amount of time on the patio. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and the promenade. We will definitely be back and recommend this stay to anyone!!!

Isabella and Adriano are wonderful hosts and very very warm people. The property is magnificent, pure Tuscany! The pool is even big enough to swim laps. Highly recommend the wine tasting with your own wines and Tuscan specialties! The bedrooms are air conditioned, a blessing at just under 40 degrees in August.

The stay was beautiful! The villa was amazing, the view, the furniture, the rooms and the pool. We felt so lucky to be there. Rooms were new and clean. Every detail has been taken care of. Christina was incredibly helpful and always available. We'd be stuck without them. Unfortunately, we had more private problems and every time she helped us and brought us solutions. We, me and my friends, this stay was memorable!

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

The villa is beautiful and authentic, the kind of places that makes you feel right at home, the moment you get inside. The rooms are very homely and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and we could benefit from the proximity of the Supermarket and enjoy eating in the premises. The lovely swimming pool was always clean and inviting, surrounded by greenery and very peaceful. The huge garden gives the real Tuscan atmosphere, and a biological pest control system against mosquitoes lets you enjoy the nature surrounding you all day long! There is a great restaurant within 5 min walk, a great Gelateria within 20 min walk (or a short drive), and a great Pizza/Bakery within 5 min drive. And Florence! Paola is an incredible person, and there is not enough room for my list of compliments! Her generosity is above and beyond, and her hospitality is something you don’t see everyday. She was always available, always responsive, always honest, and her recommendations were all great!

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.

The Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous. There were so many areas to lounge outside with beautiful views. The double beds were a little bit hard but the single beds were more comfortable. The grocery stores are very close to pick up any things that were not stocked at the accommodation. You must have a car to get to this location as it is on the hill on a very narrow winding road.

An amazing, spaceous and beautiful located estate. Highly recommended.
