great place for a week getaway with the family. kids never saw beach before, and they've enjoyed this greatly. Victoria was really nice, extremely helpful. the house is great. room for everyone and more. it was a great experience. thank you.

I can not say enough good things about thia place. The hosts are beyond amazing and try their best to accommodate in anyway they can. This was my firat airbnb and whenever I cruise out of Galveston this will be our permanent home away from home. The home was even more beautiful thwn the pictures, the host are up front and honest about everything and very clear with instructions. They respond super quick and are incredibly kind. We left a guest bool behind so other people can sign and leave notes for and about their stay. The hosts went above and beyond their duty and we can not recommend a better place to stay. They treat you like family. Ive never felt more comfortable away from home. The home was clean, secure, and way bigger then we imagined. If you are considering this airbnb DO IT!!! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST AMAZONG AIRBNB ON THE MARKET!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH HAN WE HAD THE MOST AMAZING STAY!!!!

This property is even more delightful in person than depicted in the photos. The mezzanine level provides a cozy setting ideal for a leisurely morning or an evening gathering. The interior offered ample seating for our group of nine, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable, complemented by an abundance of pillows and blankets. A thoughtful addition was the basket by the door containing sunscreen and mosquito spray. The beach is conveniently just two blocks away, and the use of a wagon was an added benefit. Josie was highly responsive and very accommodating. We would definitely rent this property again.

The stay was beautiful! Perfect for a girls getaway weekend. So much space and everything was clean & comfortable. For the price, I think you can’t beat it.

Beautiful house on the beach. We spent a lot of time in the deck. The living room is perfect and cozy. We had a toddler and a 15 month old and the house is setup so I could let them wander as it was already pretty “baby-proofed” and my kiddo LOVED the bunk beds. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was perfect and we had a great time!

Loved everything about Joanne’s beach house. Spectacular views. Falling asleep to the waves. Comfortable king size beds in each room. 3 of 4 rooms had ocean views. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to enjoy home cooked meals. Walk down the deck stairs and you’re just steps from the sand. Lots of beach toys. Family friendly games. Our group age range was 15 to 70 yrs old. The stairs in and out of the house took my elderly mom a bit of time — which we expected and the views/proximity to the beach were worth it. She really enjoyed having a room on the main level close to all the action. Two separate entrances/staircase to the house were useful during arrival/departure so she could take her time while we unloaded the car. Already dreaming about a return visit!
