We were looking for a quiet place while staying close to the center and this apartment meets all the criteria. The garden is a real plus. The kids also loved their cozy little room. Sophie was available and responsive. Access to the listing is facilitated by the presence of a lockbox. The location is ideal on the harbor. An appreciable loggia. It was a pleasure for us to have occupied this space in line with our needs for a few days.

Spacious and bright, comfortable and well equipped apartment with quiet "typical " street views (living room dining / kitchen) and leafy courtyard (bedroom. A few minutes walk from the train station, shops and restaurants, the port and the fish market – also close to Deauville... My stay coinciding with the American Film Festival, I was able to go to the various "words" by braving the elements with the steps of shopping... It's very simple... I had no desire to leave...!

Comfortable and spacious accommodation, perfect for 2 people. Very well located, close to the casino and the lake, and yet very quiet environment in the evening. The parking space in front is very convenient.

Townhouse/village can't be better located in the town hall square, so very easy to find. The welcome, very accommodating with our schedules, was efficient, relaxed and embellished with nice little touches. Our stay then went very well: the house is very convenient: kitchen, bathroom and living room are well stocked; a special mention for the bedroom located on the back, spacious and extremely quiet, in which we slept like dormitories under a nice big duvet! There is no problem parking and the small convenience store is a 1-minute walk away perfectly with a nice range of hours. Finally, Mathilde has always been very responsive and clear in her explanations and recommendations. We can only recommend this place and keep it in our favorites for an upcoming getaway in the Perche!

This charming house is very pleasant and well located. Both quiet and close to shops, it is ideal for enjoying Trouville and its surroundings.

It was a great place and very peaceful for a weekend getaway from Paris. it was big enough for my family and my parents in law. The place was clean and the owner are very welcoming.

Thanh's house is very nice, extremely clean and well-located (on a quiet street + the beach, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot). There is everything you need for cooking and we enjoyed the ping pong table! Communication with Thanh was very smooth and he is accommodating regarding schedules. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

The accommodation is ideally located and very suitable for a couple with children. Audrey is very accommodating and pleasant. We had a great time ☺️

We had a great time. Cécile and Michel's listing is as described. Everything is there; bright accommodation, well equipped, nice and very nice. It is right next to the beaches of Courseulles sur Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to radiate on all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! A short walk to the center of Cabourg and three steps to the beach, Sebastien and Noémie's apartment is true to the listing. Not only are there all the necessary amenities but also the apartment is spacious and bright with a beautiful living room on hardwood floors and a large kitchen. In short, you can enjoy yourself. The parking space in front of the entrance of the small building is also a plus. Special mention for the attention given to the children. We came with a baby and nothing was missing for its comfort (ours too...) with high chair, bathtub, crib, a box of toys and abundant books... enough to make our stay on the flowered coast even more pleasant the day after Christmas. Congratulations also on the communication with handing over the keys and identical departure which allows you to debrieve live and it's so much more fun...

This is a great find in Honfleur, really good location for the harbour and a beautiful view. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we ate all our meals in the local restaurants, all of which are fabulous! Josette kindly left us a welcome basket of treats and cider and water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. You can see so much while sitting on the sofa, of the park and the entrance to the harbour, if you stand at the balcony you can see the ferris wheel across the water. When my father wanted to rest in the apartment I went and sat in the park opposite to read under a tree. I slept in the bottom bunk and my father had the double bed and we both slept really well, the mattresses were perfect. Good to have a check out with the concierge so she could see all was well. I left my sandals, my fault, and will get them when I return to the apartment on my next visit!
