House holiday rentals in Littleton

My family had a great stay at this location over the holiday. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group, and the place was clean and tidy. They were also very responsive, even reaching out on Christmas Eve to answer a small question we had on check in!

We loved everything about this house & host! The house was beautifully furnished with everything we needed and then some! It was clean, tidy & beautifully appointed. Sabine obviously knows how to have fun and make people feel at home. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets for the cool evenings. The foose ball table was a blast and the kids bedroom was so cute and full of toys! If you have young children they will love it!! The yard was landscaped nicely and the back patio offered many comfortable seating options, plenty of shade and a pool! Sabine had thought of everything and provided all the necessities plus many little extras. She was proactive with instructions & offered many ideas for things to do, beautiful scenic drives & things to see. The neighborhood was quiet, nice, safe and made for a nice evening walk. Location is great! Close to everything. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

house was very clean when arrived and had many amenities for our group, giving us peace of mind. Jill was also very accommodating to our requests and answered all our questions promptly. 10/10, would book again.

Mark’s home was absolutely beautiful! The place was spacious, very clean, beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with all you would need, and in a lovely and peaceful area. Mark was very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions and needs, a great host we greatly appreciated. The garage was an absolute plus given the very snowy weather we had that week. Such a great experience and strongly recommend.

We were very impressed staying here. Everything was very clean and the backyard is easily twice the size of what the pictures show. Angel was a fabulous host and we are very satisfied with our stay here. Would highly recommend!!

The place was easy access to the National Western Stock Show. It had plenty of room for our large group.

Trisha’s place was perfect! We stayed for a week and felt right at home. She communicated very well. Gave us easy to follow instructions and always answered any questions promptly. The location was PERFECT! It was right by a Walmart, great restaurants, only 25 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from the nearest ski slopes. The house was more than enough space for myself, husband and our 7 year old son with an extra bedroom to spare. It was very clean and in a good neighborhood as well. The only thing it didn’t have was a washer and dryer but we packed enough clothes or bought new ones to work around that. I 10/10 recommend this home and the amazing host Mrs. Trisha! We will definitely be coming to stay again!

Great location and option for our small business to conduct its annual retreat. Plenty of space and separate sleeping areas, as well as great living room and table for both work and socialization. David was superb and couldn't have been a better more accommodating host.

Good spot. We loved it. 5 adults + one dog. Fenced in yard was great. Downstairs family room + 2 bed rooms was nice. Very much enjoyed this home!

We booked during the week for 2 days. I advised Sean we would be arriving late and he said he’d put the lights on for us (nice touch). The check in process was easy and the house was extremely clean. The only recommendation I suggest is possibly adding another tv to the bedroom(s). It wasn’t an issue for us but our teenage son mentioned it. Lol

A wonderful spot right by Olde Town Arvada! Everything was comfortable and cozy, we had plenty of space. Parking behind the house was ideal and in the best location to all our favorite spots in Arvada. Brad’s place was the perfect home to see family nearby and enjoy the holidays.

We had a large group in Colorado and Summer’s place was the perfect accommodation. The home was spacious and comfortable, very relaxing for any downtime spent at the home.

We had a lovely Christmas vacation with our family. The large kitchen table was perfect for holiday dinner and playing games during our stay. Everyone said the beds were super comfortable and they slept really well. Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs were fun to explore as well. We can’t wait to return.

LOVED this house! Kayah did an amazing job eith the decoration. Everything was just so beautiful, aesthetically pleasing and clean. We felt right at home & 100% recommend this home.

Rachael's home was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration with our students who weren't able to head home for the holiday this year due to school obligations. The home is perfectly located near the CU Boulder campus as well as the shops and restaurants on Pearl Street. The house had everything we needed and is very comfortable, and set up perfectly for us with the adults staying upstairs and our kids sleeping in the large basement living area. We would definitely stay at Rachael's home again.

Comfortable and Clean. We enjoyed our stay! Close to everything you could possibly need! Great spot for families or two couples! Hot tub was a peaceful bonus with comfy robes for us to use 😁

Rob's place was absolutely wonderful! It is a lovely home with a great host. Rob was super helpful and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was very comfortable. His place had all the amenities you could need for your stay.

This home was great for bringing our multi-generational, out-of-state family together for a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving. Comfortable entertaining space (yes, the couch is actually that big!), very accommodating dining space at dining table and kitchen bar, sizable bedrooms for all, plenty of bathroom space, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The microwave and oven were more high-tech than we are used to but we figured it out. Tam was helpful, responsive, and friendly, and the check-in/out and house rules were all very clear and easy. Would reserve from this host again. Thx, Tam!

The home was so cozy and perfect for my family. Andrew was an excellent host with wonderful communication. The furniture was great- comfy beds with great bedding. The kitchen was very well equipped with great utensils, amenities, spices, cookware, etc. The location is also great! Close to downtown for shopping and restaurants, and a quick jet to I-25 to get to Denver or Colorado Springs. We loved this home and would stay again!
