This is a peaceful modern ground floor apartment situated in a quiet side street in a conservation area in East Oxford, with easy access to the city centre and local shops, cafes and music. Sitting room and bedroom open on to a lovely town garden . Free parking is available on the driveway or with a permit on the street. It is 5 minutes by bus (or 20 mins walk) into the city centre. The flat is a self contained annex to the main house, with its own entrance and self-check in if needed.

Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, comfortable and spacious living spaces and parking for 2 cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

Garden Escape: Guesthouse next to Woodlands

The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. 1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the countryside from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Please cover limbs when walking locally. Information sheet in property.
