We really had a great stay, the weather was in addition to the part... The environment is perfect, very close, especially the beach... The house is really as described, everything is comfortable and nice... It was really perfect!

We had a very soothing and refreshing stay. The sea is at the foot of the apartment, on the wildest side and close to the forest. Very nice autumn color and quiet out of season. Listing convenient and as described.

The accommodation was very well located, restaurants not far on foot. We were able to walk to the beach. We had our dogs with us and they were able to get out and get some fresh air on the back deck. Of course, our dogs were in need outside of the accommodation. Kitchen question, we only had breakfast. We found everything we needed. the owners have interacted with and are very attentive. If we were to come back to the area, we would not hesitate to come back. We would recommend this listing.

The small house is really ideal, well thought out and well equipped, about a hundred meters from the beach. The terrace is great. Agathe is a very friendly and welcoming host, responsive. The short guide and small gastronomic touches are a plus.

We had a lovely, quiet and relaxing stay. we were with our little girl, everything went very well. Caroline and her dad were very responsive to our exchanges and welcoming. nice walk to do, close to the city center and the beach on foot. the house is well equipped. It was a pleasure to spend a few days at their place to discover Capbreton.

We had a wonderful time in Stéphanie's cottage. The place is great, everything you need is available. We have not seen the beach and the sunsets so beautifully in Europe. The communication and hospitality could not be better We fell in love and will definitely be back :)

Beautiful accommodation in a very quiet area with beautiful views of the beautiful vegetation of the guest garden. Beautiful pool and outdoor terrace. The cottage is well decorated and well-equipped, it feels like home, it's so cozy. Lots of crockery and tidiness. My daughter enjoyed the books and stuffed animals available to her. The location is great with many nearby shops and various activities. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We'll be happy to go back!

everything is fine. except that the previous tenants had not cleaned the tables. the mobile home is very good and all the comforts are there. a few minutes from the beach. see you soon...

We stayed at the apartment in October for just over a week. The location is great, at the end of a dead end and only a few meters from the beach. Patricia explained everything to us well, the check-in was totally uncomplicated and she recommended good restaurants. The apartment has everything you need. Especially the kitchen was well-equipped. In the fall there was not much going on in Mimizan, we had a super relaxing time.

the place is super close to the beach and has a lovely little outdoor area. The only drawback for me was that the bed was too hard for me as a belly sleeper. But that's a personal preference, there are also many who prefer to sleep on harder mattresses. Communication with Benjamin was very good. He was always helpful and very accessible.

The villa is well located. Quiet. It is spacious, very well decorated and equipped. Parking is a plus. Bathrooms are large. The city center and beach are very close. The owners are very nice and responsive.
