The location of the apartment is very good since it’s close to the tram or metro. The apartment and the house itself are clean and a perfect start to explore the city. A supermarket is also nearby so that it s quite convenient to get your supplies. Would definitely recommend the apartment

Ultra central location close to the castle, functional, clean and well-equipped apartment in good condition. Common areas of the building outdated. Great value for the money

Gerards Appt was very comfortable for our family of 3. Easy access to the metro which we used daily. Grocery within a few minutes walk was so nice. The place was exactly as described and were so pleased with our stay. We did have some internet issues but I think those were technical rather than anything else. We appreciate how responsive and kind Gerard was with us. What a wonderful host. If we return to Paris again soon this place is definitely where we will stay again.

Following a cancellation by an irresponsible Booking owner, on the same day we arrived in Paris during the holiday periods, we had to quickly look for a new place to stay. Narcia was our savior! Very responsive and kind, we stayed in his accommodation easy to access from Paris, RER, BUS. The place is close to a grocery store and a pizzeria, so we found our happiness when we arrived with our hands in our pockets;) When we arrived, the place was warm! With all the instructions and photos of Narcia, impossible not to find how to access it, clean and convenient, we stayed there as a group of 3 and were very satisfied! I recommend it! Beautiful modern apartment, well equipped, very pleasant with very good quality bedding and very good sound insulation. The neighborhood is quiet and the perpetual noise of big cities stays on the terrace. Everything nearby, shops, pharmacy restaurant. The terrace and garage are a very nice addition.

The accommodation is beautiful and very well furnished. No complaints, everything was perfect.

We had a great weekend with friends in Yair's house which is very warm and pleasant. We were able to enjoy a lot of the Fontainebleau forest and the village of Barbizon, both being within a 10-minute walk of the house.

Ali was very responsive and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were self-contained with clear instructions. I recommend this place for a pure change of scenery close to Paris!
