Perfect accommodation for a family with a 2 year old, the decoration is neat, the bedding is very comfortable and the small garden is very nice. It is conveniently located in a beautiful park and the parking space is a real plus. Thank you to Laurent for his welcome, his responsiveness and the little gift upon arrival. Spacious and bright apartment, comfortable and well-equipped with views of the "typical" quiet street (living room, dining room / kitchen) and leafy courtyard (bedroom. Within walking distance to the train station, shops and restaurants, the port and the fish market – also close to Deauville... My stay coinciding with the American Film Festival, I was able to get to the various "proposals" by braving the elements at a fast pace... It's very simple... I had no desire to leave...!

Very friendly host, great location in relation to the city center. As for the proposed room, nothing to say, nickel bathroom and the very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this place, the value for money is very good.

We spent our few days of family reunion at Magali's. The house is spacious and welcoming. It feels like home right away. Dining room and easy kitchen for large families, two living rooms that allow everyone to have their own space. The rooms are large so the children can play in them. Great sea views and sunsets, with beautiful terrace. We discovered Houlgate which seduced us. Thanks Magali!

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

A big thank you to Christelle, because we had a great time in her apartment. The setting is beautiful, the sea view is amazing, the sofas are super comfortable and the bedding is really great. Access is super simple and the neighbors are not noisy at all. The kitchen is very well equipped and ultra functional. I really enjoyed cooking there. We are now well rested and relaxed. We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! The listing is true to the photos, check-in made easy with clear instructions. Guests can park their car in the parking lot of the residence. Accommodation close to the sea and shops on foot.

Very beautiful and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain not nickel dishes). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but a shame that it is so narrow and that the other poorly parked residents hinder the maneuvers (which are numerous and painful).
