We booked Myriam's home for a second time. A comfortable accommodation, very well located and well-equipped. Parking under the apartment is a real plus. No car needed to visit Deauville and Trouville. Shops, markets, restaurants, the sea etc are nearby. Many thanks to Myriam for her kindness, for her perfect transmission of useful information and availability. Never 2 without 3? 😉

We recommend Frédéric's place to spend a quiet weekend in Cabourg, close to the beach. We were accompanied by our dog who really enjoyed the small garden of the apartment!

Apartment with amenities in good condition . Very good for 2 people ,maybe a little bit just for 4 adults . On the other hand, the temperature in the apartment was very fair:16 degrees too low but Colette had explained the reason to us. Very nice shower!!

Very pleasant apartment, clean, quiet, true to description (be careful the supermarket at the bottom of the accommodation is permanently closed), with a splendid view of the sea. Easy to park about 100m away. Restaurants within 5 min walk with sea view. Charlotte was very kind, flexible and responsive.

Excellent stay in a clean and quiet apartment 2 steps from the beach of Cabourg. Stay spent with 2 children aged 8 and 11.

Listing was as described. Conveniently located to enjoy Deauville The person in charge of the very friendly accommodation. If we were to put a downside, it is the insulation of the windows in the cool period, the radiators must be as much as possible if we want a pleasant temperature without excess. Anyway, we highly recommend this listing

Pleasant and well-equipped apartment. Downtown is 15min away, sea 10min. The plus, the fireplace we enjoyed with these New Year's frost! Stéphanie is available and attentive.

Very nice apartment, well equipped as at home. The sea view is beautiful from morning to night! The beach and walking path can be reached in under a minute. Bakery and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Free parking accessible at 50 meters. The living space is very large and can accommodate the 7 adults on the lounge area or dining table. There is a lot of childcare equipment (game, sunbed, high chair etc.). There are 3 beautiful bedrooms: 1 glued to the living room with a fake window; a secluded at the back with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; and an independent studio but communicating through the entrance. Small downside: traffic on the road involves noise and can disturb in case of heavy traffic.

The beautiful, design and chic accommodation with a very nice view. Perfect view of the sea with fireworks, champagne and seafood platter. Ideal for a couple's evening for New Year's Eve.

This was such a fun apartment to stay in. The bathroom amenities were great, hot water didn't run out. It was in the perfect location to not only catch the ride for a Normandy tour, but also to walk to the other attractions and amazing restruants. It was quiet and clean, and I love the small touches like having music playing when we arrived. Host was very friendly and responsive, and allowed us to check in early.

Apartment matches the description and photos, functional and nicely decorated. Very good location at the foot of the port of the Caen market and on "magic beau goss" accessible to the city quickly but which can be a little noisy at night. The host took the time to explain us how the bubble bath works and made himself available to us if we needed it. Very good bedding and the Jacuzzi is very nice. We would highly recommend!

The garden is particularly beautiful and well kept. The sheets are particularly nice - I even wonder what they were in. Being with a baby the crib was very convenient

Marion is a very responsive, attentive, and very kind host. Despite a small unpredictable problem with the water, she was able to remain very professional and offer adapted solutions.
