Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lincoln City

This is our third time staying at this house. We always love it there. Can't wait to come back again. We enjoy feeding the deer's and watching them all walk by. The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Everything looks just like the photos. Great location for stores and restaurants. All in walking distance.

Perfect stay... again. Aimee is an amazing host. Responsive, friendly, and has a wonderful home - Proposal Rock view, lots of windows, wraparound deck. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Definitely hope to stay again.

Extremely clean and well laid out. Loved the snacks when we got there! Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and spacious living room. Loved that we could walk to the beach. The only few small down sides are that the house is right on the main road and the two bedrooms on that side of the house were a bit loud. The shower is also kind of awkward to get in with two seats that make it feel cramped in the shower. And the last small thing is just that the garage opener had been lost and it was tedious to get in and out of the garage, so best to tell guests to just park on the street. But Ammy was very responsive about the garage and communication was smooth, helpful and friendly throughout. Our family of 7 were very comfortable and glad we could bring our dog. Thank you !!

Great set up for kids and family along with the doggie. A little farther walk to the beach than we thought but overall loved having all the beach toys and all the amenities!

Great place to stay, short walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Close to a great little market with breakfast and lunch options!

Katie’s home was worth the trip and money we spent. Felt so cozy and such a beautiful home. Peaceful and quiet, and we loved that Katie had a binder set up with not only instructions and the rules, but tons of great recommendations on dinners, hikes, and much more! My family and I will definitely be coming back! ⭐️

The best ocean view, hands down! Sitting in the hot tub during the day, overlooking the ocean can't be beat! The little details of our name on the signs, to the note, wine, rock and snacks left for us added a sweet touch. Super cozy linens and half the stuff we brought didn't need to be unpacked due to the amount of supplies available. Our dog loved the yard and items that she could play with.

Our family had the most relaxing vacation staying at this rental! Waking up next to the waves every morning was a treat we all felt grateful for. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and this is one of very few rentals available that had accommodations that fit our needs. It worked so well for her and made travel easy for us. It was well stocked and so cozy! Everything about it was just perfect! We cannot wait to make this a yearly vacation!

The house was great. Bed's were comfortable, common spaces were well furnished and homy and the kitchen had the items we needed. The neighborhood has a really nice playground across the street for kiddos and the walk to the beach is short. Only two minor negatives. The home was very cold when we arrived and we didn't immediately realize each room had its own independent heat and thermostat. Once you figure it out, you can make everything comfortable, but it took a day to do so. The other item is that the hot tub is in kind of a weird spot that is not super private. Not a major problem, just something to note.

Great place to stay and love the location. Plan on staying again soon!

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was perfect for a long weekend and well stocked. There was a cool little park right down the street that was perfect for our kids. Also an easy drive to the beach and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here for two months and we could have stayed for two years. Quiet and peaceful, with a world class location. Everything worked as needed in the unit, and it felt like home from the first morning we woke up. There is a grocery store and coffee shop in walking distance (just down the beach) and stunning nature to enjoy within walking distance 24/7 too. I couldn’t recommend Chris’s place more. Also as a host, Chris was on it. Responsive and helpful. If you’re thinking about booking this one for a stay, book it for as long as you can ☺️

Don was a Awesome Host and was always available when I had any questions or needs. Condo was Very Clean with an Awesome View. Best for us it was Pet Friendly 🐶🐶 With a park right across the street. Thanks Don, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It is so private and the yard is so beautiful--it enhances the pretty house. Landscaping is gorgeous. The house is so comfortable and clean; and I love the ocean colors throughout. The furniture and house are so interesting, too; I like the floorpan a lot. Two bathrooms being offered is wonderful. One bathroom is quite small but certainly adequate. Lisa is very talented at making a place comfortable and pretty and she thinks of everything one might need. Thank you, Lisa!

Great place to stay and would definitely stay again. Liked how each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Really close to beach access and super quiet neighborhood. Check-out time is a bit early at 10:00am.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Kitchen could use some work. Short of several things, also the first VRBO that I’ve rented that didn’t provide dishwasher soap We rented the house and outside rooms do 4 bbqs but zero bbq tools We were able to work around that We would definitely rent this place again’

Stayed here for Christmas 2024 and it was perfect! We comfortably fit two couples, a baby, and two dogs. The house was well stocked with basics and all appliances were in good condition for cooking. The TV could be updated as the screen was glitchy, but with the beach a 5 minute walk away, we didn’t use the TV much. Gorgeous, clean, and comfortable home that we would definitely stay at again!

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, clutter free, and a perfect place to relax. The hot tub was fabulous! The house was private and a short distance away from the the busier, downtown stretch of Lincoln City. An ideal getaway. We really appreciated how welcome our pets were and the amenity's provided. We also truly appreciated the noon checkout which allowed us to relax on our last day of vacation rather than a mad rush to get out the door. We would go back to Brad's place in a heartbeat.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

The place was very comfortable and roomy, great views. The mattress downstairs is not so great, upstairs is fine. We were unable to wash sheets or use dishwasher as there wasn't soap for either, so we didn't. Also, oven door doesn't close right so hard to get it up to temperature. We enjoyed playing Clue in the evening. All in all, we really liked the house and would happily return!
