The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We've had an issue with the TV and we're waiting for an ending as Airbnb is looking to charge us for a new device. But the apartment in Si is very nice

Because it was my first experience with Airbnb, I sought to do a detailed search before opting for Ivanete's property. Numerous positive guest reviews were crucial to my choice. So I'm here contributing my feedback as well. The host is note mil, folks! She was very flexible with the check-in time, very polite and quick in the message replies. As for the apartment, what a whim! Very clean, organized, well airy, cozy and with everything brand new. Therefore, I recommend hosting without fear of making mistakes. Ah, the condominium is also very well organized. 😍

The apartment is complete and exactly as in the pictures. The building staff are very polite and kind. Thiago was super requested throughout my stay. I'll come back more often!

edson was so responsive and helpful, he would answered my question vwry quickly. the apartment was good and had eveyday use aminities. the place is near the city center (centro) I think its worth what you pay for. just a tip: entirely smoking prohibited even in the balcony

We love the apartment. It is very cozy, balcony with views of the trees made it very pleasant, spring and well ventilated. It was very clean, everything working well, impeccable! The sensible points for me were the garage that is very tight but we were in a big car and with a little shape everything went well and because it was on an avenue the noise of buses and motorcycles starts early. The gatekeepers are super helpful and polite. And the pizza that has the menu in the apartment is wonderful and arrives fast.

Great option to stay in Campinas. Very clean apartment. Very clean and comfortable linen and towels. Perfect shower and air conditioner working perfectly (two). My family loved the apartment and the place.

Impeccable house, all clean and cozy. All thought to the smallest details to make us feel at home. Full condominium, all close and great location. I always ask very much when we need something. For sure whenever we return to Sumaré we will stay there. It is well worth it.

Second time I stay in one of Bethania's spaces. The place is wonderful! Inspira Paz and is close to everything 🤎 Bethania and her daughter are adorable! Their cubs Alf and Meb are very cute. Léo and I felt at home and 🐶 we will certainly go back many times.
