Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Limassol

The stay at Art Kourion was perfect! The apartment is fabulous: it's beautiful and so well equipped that it really leaves nothing to be desired - and you can see the sea from the beautiful balcony. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment bright, modern and furnished with beautiful art. And Eleni really is a fabulous host: she was always quick to help us with any issue and gave us great tips for the area to explore. She even left homemade pies and wine on our doorstep as a little surprise! She is an absolutely helpful and warm-hearted person - we are already looking forward to our next visit with her! Thank you Eleni for giving us such a lovely stay.

The flat was clean, modern, and nicely renovated, and the building in great shape. The bedrooms were of good size and the beds comfortable. The place was easy to find. It is a 15-20min walk from the old town and marina area. The location was nice and quiet as well. The host was responsive, and entry instructions clear. Overall a comfortable, pleasant stay. Keep in mind: - This is not a sea view flat - Bring your own shampoo / shower gel

Great location, 3 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to Lidl and few restaurants. The flat is spacious and well-maintained

Great location, newly refurbished apartment. There was everything what i needed in the apartment from washing powder to white wine in the fridge) Cons: there is still a smell of freshly installed furniture, so i had to keep windows open during my stay.

Staying in Limassol for the first time, we couldn’t have picked a better place. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed. The private parking space was a great convenience for our rental car. Panagiotis and Alexandra went above and beyond, meeting us at check-in and thoroughly explaining everything. They were always available and responsive to any questions we had. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the terrace. Overall, an exceptional stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Limassol.

Nice apartment in a great location. Just across the street from the promenade on the sea. Convenience stores on the same block, lots of restaurants withing 5 minutes walk. Old town port not far away. Fantastic location.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

Really nice authentic Cyprus house, so spacious. It’s a bit cold inside during the winter, but ACs totaly help!

Stunning house full of character, history and art.

We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

An amazing house set in a beautiful and peaceful location. The Host Nikos couldn’t be better in his warm welcome, communication and advice for exploring stunning Cyprus. The perfect getaway location for peace and quiet yet still central to base yourself to explore the rest of the island from. The house was immaculate and the stunning pool courtyard was a great place to start your day with a swim and finish your day sat lounging on cushions beneath the stars. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen. The little touches, like a welcome basket of snacks and thoughtful decor, truly made it feel like a home away from home. Svetlana went out of her way to accomodate my schedule and even came to and event in the city which I was attending for work purposes to hand over the key to the apartment. It was extremely helpful. The room is pleasant and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

they where a very good host and it was lovely they had welcome gifts of some snacks and drinks. the place is close to the old town, clean and pretty
