Excellent location near a cove with good posibility for bathing. A good layout of the house and good facilities (internet, laundrymachine and TV). Excellent communiction with host On the downside you have to suffer toilet/bath in separate annex and the crooked floors and low ceilings. But they are minor details

Honestly by far the best B&B we have ever stayed in. I surprised my wife for her 30th birthday and was safe to say she was over the moon, not wanting to come home. we were blown away by the beautiful scenic views from the cabin and felt so surreal. Experiencing snow like we never have before. we made the most of the cosy cabin with it's log burner over looking the frozen lake. Marianne and Emily were extremely helpful especially after being snowed in and not able to drive off the icy drive, they responded making sure we were safe and had everything we need, also doing what they could by seeking help from their end if we needed. would highly recommend to anyone! we will be telling our friends and family when we are back in the UK. thank you again for a holiday of a lifetime! Great experience. It was such a joy for me and 18 others to come to Gunnar's beautiful home. Amazingly beautiful setting. There was an easy and clear communication between Gunnar and me - so it was really easy. It was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to get to. There were bathrooms for pretty much every room.

Both me and the kids enjoyed ourselves at the cabin, too bad it was rain the whole period but we got to use the sauna and there we enjoyed ourselves. Jumped in the snow and quickly into the sauna:)

Probably the most beautiful place we ever booked. The cabin is something really special, privately placed into a spectacular landscape. It has everything you need for a wonderful retreat, the fireplace, jacuzzi and private fjord access are only some of the highlights. Andreas was the perfect host, welcoming us with fresh coffee and showing us around. He went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect with helpful and responsive instructions. Absolutely recommended.

Easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve traveled to. Espen was very helpful and accommodating with his details and communication. The place was very charming and private. The hot tub was ready & waiting! We managed to take the boat out and explore the waterways which was an absolute charm & an experience we will long remember. Incredibly picturesque & dream like short stay. I really hope to book a stay again in the future to stay longer! The local town is again very charming, warm and welcoming with some beautiful looking restaurants & bars. Be met some great characters in the local pub where we drank local beverages & learnt more about a rich history of the town and area. I’ve been seriously impressed with everything Norway has to offer & am grateful that this gem of a property was where we selected to stay!

Very nice idyllic location with a characteristic cottage. Small but very nice with a nice atmosphere and everything you need. Inger Margrethe is a friendly and responsive hostess. Location is ideal if you come from (or to) the ferry in Kristiansand, looking for a nice place (view of water and beautiful garden) and yet close to amenities of Lillesand and, for example, Dyreparken (fun with children).

It is a beautiful stay in a particularly beautiful place. A particularly beautiful view over the sea and right in the middle of the rocks. The cabin has everything you need and the location is really exceptionally beautiful.

Beautiful wooden cabin at the bottom of the fjord, with a magnificent view. It's slightly above the street, there's a small path to get down to the water. The area below is very pleasant with a boat moored... of course you have to have the lucky to see it in good weather. In the house, the fireplace that works great. I didn't get a chance to use the grill. Obviously, the lack of a classic indoor toilet creates its problems, but for a few days no problem. Greetings to Hans.

We have stayed in Kyrre’s house over New Year’s Eve for some days and it was awesome. Very silent area with astonishing view down on the Archipel and sea. It is 20 min to Kristiansand and roughly 25 to Lillesand. The view in the dark without any light pollution is unique, when watching the stars. The house itself provides everything needed and the sauna is a big plus. Thanks Kyrre … we will come again !

Great location and top notch surroundings! Couldn't be better! Great trails and short routes within walking distance from the cabin. Nice bathing opportunities in the sea. The cabin was ok, but we had wished for a little cleaner kitchen/kitchenware.

Very nice place! Lars is very responsive if there is anything you are wondering about.
