Holiday rentals with beach access in Lido Key

The house was cozy and well put together. Great location steps from the beach and downtown. Overall a great experience and a responsive host.

Location was unbeatable! 2min walk to bridge street and it’s across the street from the beach. It’s a studio, so it’s definitely a small space but worked for my husband and I. Bed was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay to work from the place and use it for a mini vacation! The parking spot is tight, but worked for the convertible we rented. Would recommend and stay here again!

As Jeffrey states… steps from each. Literally.. 50 steps to beach. Such great communication. All amenities you will need. Much appreciated the Coleman cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. One of the best well stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Nice parking. Small walk to beach restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Thank you sir.

Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean, decorated lovely with a theme of Christmas, which we loved, and cozy. We loved the outside porch which allowed us to sun there on a really windy day with a view of the beach. The beach was a few steps away, which was so convenient. A few cute bars were within walking distance which as great. It was a great location and close to a lot. We loved Anna Maria island with its white sandy beaches. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. It was peaceful, a dream come true, and we will never forget it.

Lovely and comfortable place to stay. You can actually see partial views of the ocean from the dining room and the office area. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Debra was helpful with communicating clear instructions for checking in and out.

Well let me say I don’t usually do reviews but this time it’s absolutely necessary.Lynda went above and beyond to accommodate us last minute.She walked me through everything .Me and my wife couldn’t be happier I recommended her rentals to the highest degree.This place was beautiful thanks again we will definitely be in contact for future vacations

Heidi is by far the best host we have encountered on AirBnB, from timely communication, recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. That’s before you step foot in her amazing Condo, fantastic location, easy parking and access, every amenity you could ask for, speedy WiFi, smartTV, comfy bed, spotless clean, perfect Aircon, clean linen & towels and plenty of them, beach umbrella etc… and we even got a little surprise during our stay. I can’t recommend Heidi or her condos enough, perfect from start to finish. Thanks again Heidi

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

Lisa place Seashell is a real gem. Many modern updates yet still feels like a cozy beach home. Well appointed kitchen, beautiful rain shower, bed was extremely comfortable, living room had plenty of space. Lisa was very responsive to any questions I had prior to arriving and after check in.

We had a wonderful week at Ginelle’s beach house. It fit our needs perfectly! Especially like a one-story house with view from living area to pool and patio. It does have an upstairs rec room and deck as well. Huge well-equipped kitchen and large dinning area. Comfortable beds, beach chairs, towels etc. We rent every April on AMI and have finally found our happy place where we will definitely return.

Such a cute and charming spot! Super close to The Ringling campus and to the beach. The kids want us to go back again sometime.

Two blocks away from Bridge St that has bars, shops, restaurants, and the best Packer Bar around! Trolley stop is within a block and the beach access was right across the street. Perfect place for a weekend getaway with my fellow WI folks that made the trip down! Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!!

Jaime’s place was fabulous! It was spacious and super-comfortable ~ plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the wifi was fast and the street was quiet. Jaime was very responsive with any questions and easily accommodated our request for early check-in. The stay far exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave the Airbnb :) though we did because it was nearby so much beauty! Thank you, Jaime!

Loved staying here! Walked to a coffee shop, fishing spot, and to restaurants. The trolley stop is just across the street! I hope to book this place again in the future.

Rodney and his house were great! Rodney was super responsive during our booking, as our stay approached, and as needed during our stay. Also, very friendly. The home was well kept, comfortable, contemporary, spacious and convenient! We loved being able to walk to the beach, Pop’s, and to get ice cream. The beach buggy, chairs, and umbrella were awesome to have. Recommend and we will likely be back. Thank you Rodney!

Thank you for the very night stay in a very nice area. We have family on Anna Maria and visit the island often, and Matthew's place is in a great spot. It is upstairs, so if you have guests with mobility issues, keep that in mind. Overall a very fine stay.

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stay in William’s condo. Everything was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect with the pool and waterway behind the condo and the gorgeous white sandy beach across the street. We enjoyed the 20 minute walk to several shops and restaurants, or you can catch the free trolley if you prefer to ride. We went by trolley to check out Turtle Beach (not nearly as pretty as the beach across the street but lots of shells) and enjoyed shopping and lots of restaurant options at Siesta Key Village. We took the short trip to Sarasota to visit The Ringling Brother’s museums and also did a fun boat tour around the Bay. Thank you Bill for sharing your home with us! Debra & Shelley

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was the perfect getaway at the beach. Easy walk to the beach. I felt safe and everyone around was friendly. The host made it simple and easy and flexible to stay here and was very nice and responsive to my questions.
